This is not a reflection if the store. This product is only carried online. I had issues with 1 of the 4 main screws (arm to body) not staying in and a month later another screw came out on the other side. This chair takes 4 screws in the arm to connect the arm to the seat and back. I have contacted arozzi and they said it is in warranty but are not quick to respond (I contacted a few days ago). I will be saving my money for something new. The attached images are how I taped it to hold it in place but even this isnt the strongest option.

Chair assembled December 24 for my son. The one screw would not thread, so I just found another screw and drilled it in. The second week in January the chair tears at the seam. My nine year old just sits on it to do homework and play fortnite. My computer chair from college lasted longer than this and I've been done with college for 9 years. This chair is a joke and I would highly recommend just spending your money on something else.

At first, when I bought it, I thought it was a good deal. These chairs typically go for $200 plus, but this one was a steal. Then I got it home and putting it together didn't take much work at all. I recommend two people do it though. It's very comfortable. I do all of my gaming and reviewing this chair. Heck! When I'm home and I'm not working out, I'm usually in this chair. I recommend the Arozzi Chair to any gamer or desk jockey.

Purchased this office/gaming chair as a Best Buy Deal of the Day. I received the chair at my home and its very sturdy, well built and can easily hold 250 lbs! The only issue I have is that some of the grommets where the screws go in do not line up exactly and sometimes feel like they are stripped. When you assemble the chair read the instructions carefully and take your time, don't rush it.

I bought this chair for my son to use while on his computer. He usually plays games for a few hours at a time. The chair is comfortable, looks great like the picture. Good quality chair.

I bought 2 of these chairs for my kids, so they can sit more comfortably when gaming. One of the chairs works perfectly fine - it's comfortable for them, it supports their backs, and they like the appearance. The other chair won't raise its height - it's stuck. I have to look at returning - although both kids would rather keep it even if it doesn't raise or lower.

Works well, was a bit of a pain to put together, some of the screws have a hard time going into place. Once together it is great.

After a couple of years the first one was destroyed so I bought this one to replace it and then I remembered it’s impossible to put together but it’s finally done and it is a very good chair for gaming

I have lower back issues which bother me while gaming or using a computer for extended times. This chair seems to help with that. Biggest issue is the instructions or lack of detailed ones for assembly.

My son loves the chair. So much better than his low back office chair. There are instructions to the chair. Other reviewers say there isn't. The part that I had difficulty with was screwing in the are tests. You'd twist and twist to find out it was never threading in the other end. Other than that. Put together, this is a nice chair

Gave this to my adult son for Christmas. He was elated to say the least. He says it sits well and can tell a big difference from standard computer chairs. It is quality and designed to last. It did take him longer than expected to put it together.

This chair is very wide and comfortable. The appearance is more matte than the stock photo implies, not a complaint by me. It reminds me of a bucket seat in a car, probably intentional. Additionally, the assembly wasn't difficult like some other reviews Ive come across mention.

I love this chair. Not just because my old one was not working well for me. Not just because it's of its firm but well forming cushion. But also because of Best Buy's great deals on items like these. Bought for my son for school yes, he plays the game, but bought this one because it was so comfy. It is well made cradles your neck and is a very good chair when he is up late studying.

This chair is very comfortable and keeps an upright sitting position, which is good for my posture. Takes a little effort to assemble but well worth it.

Bought this chair as a "Deal of the Day" and couldn't be happier with it. It's the lower model of the selection, but satisfying on the toosh even after sitting for a couple of hours.
