Good chair, missing bolts incident
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arrived missing 4 bolts. Had to contact Best Buy to see my options. Did the run-around with Best Buy, got around $20 back. Contacted the manufacturer to get the missing bolts who obliged. The chair itself is really great, sleek and comfortable. It was an inconvenience trying to obtain the bolts but once it was finally assembled it was nice.
