    Chair arrived with two large rips through the leather. The box and packaging was not damaged, so it was definitely shipped this way.

    Looks nice and leans back but the seat is hard. Can't recommend because of that.

    Good chair, missing bolts incident

    Arrived missing 4 bolts. Had to contact Best Buy to see my options. Did the run-around with Best Buy, got around $20 back. Contacted the manufacturer to get the missing bolts who obliged. The chair itself is really great, sleek and comfortable. It was an inconvenience trying to obtain the bolts but once it was finally assembled it was nice.
