As I'm sitting in the chair right now it's pretty comfy, a little firm, looks great, but putting this thing together was a real pain. Getting the arm rest screws to line up with all four holes while trying to screw the thing together is no easy feat. I definitely would recommend you have a second person to help hold it together while you screw everything in place. Overall good value, but could use some adjustable arm rests.

The chair is fairly comfortable. I am 6'1" and 220 pounds. It has a wide and roomy seat and enough depth for me. I have assembled plenty of chairs and furniture over the years, but the machine screw holes to attach the arms to the back were sloppy, one was stripping thread even mixing screws and backing out to reseat. It has some wobble if attempting to roll, but when gaming I'm not rolling around, so not really an issue.

Chair has nice and clean look. Comfortable and soft for the price your paying for it. If never put a chair together would recommend having another person help. Little complicated putting it together. Other than that. Its a good quailty chair with a good quality price

Purchased 2 for my boys (ages 10 & 16) to use as their home school chairs. They love them and both are avid gamers. When COVID-19 is overt &the boys return to school outside of home, they will continue to use their chairs while gaming. #WINNER

I bought this chair on sale.. love it and I think is pretty good quality!!! Assembly took me about 25 min. Idk why people complains about putting this together.. really easy. pretty happy with my purchase.

BUYER BEWARE...Looks great and was easy enough put together BUT and this is a BIG BUT... the foam they use in this chair is no good just after 1 week of use it is permanently dented. First the foam is firm and hard then over time it loses is shape my right armrest is now permanently dented where my elbow rests and its not just a little dent it is flat in that spot and its not like I was leaning on it with all my weight. My son's cheaper Staples Gaming chair uses a much better foam that does not lose its shape. They should be using a memory foam in these chairs for the price they are charging.

My grandson loves his gaming chair. I sit in it and feel like I’m going to fall down which he actually did. Only because the wheel got caught on the tile grout. Lol

Chair is ergonomically comfortable and great design. However, the price is high for its quality. Stitching underneath the chair is barely reaching the minimum requirement to be in the $200s range.

Very nice chair, however its kind of stiff. For me my back is having a really hard time adjusting to the stiffness. I've tried the pillow in all kinds of different positions with no help. The back of the chair also make you sit straight and has a hard hump in the middle, there is no bend or lever to lean back a bit. BB would not accept the chair back because it had been put together already which doesn't make sense to me! It still in perfect shape since I don't sit on it. The chair glides like no other chair I've had. Very cool design.

Absolutely horrible craftsmanship on this chair, the time it took me and my wife to put it together was almost 4 HOURS. Between the missing pieces, incorrect instruction manual, and screws not screwing in it was almost imposible to put this chair together. I absolutely do not recommend it. It’s not even that comfortable, the backrest is stiff and the pillow it comes with for lumbar support isn’t even in the right spot once you connect it, it’s supposed to be for your lower back but it goes all the way up to the middle of your spine. Would give it 0 stars if i could.

This chair fell apart in 6 months! My 15 year old used his birthday money for it.

The Arozzi - Milano Gaming Chair was a High School Graduation gift for my son, I ended up giving it to him early due to the current "shelter in place" situation. He opened the box, followed the clear instructions and put it together all by himself. The assembly part was somewhat tough and required some strength, but he manged to do it. It may be easier if you have two people assemble the chair. Overall, my son is happy with the Arozzi - Milano Gaming Chair, and uses it for school work as well as gaming and surfing the internet. He found the chair to be sturdy, firm but at the same time rather comfortable for doing work, and could easily sit there for a couple of hours or more. The chair does provide decent back support which is adjustable. Please note that the chair will not be as comfortable for someone looking for a more relaxed plush feel. But this is a Gaming Chair after all, and it has meet my son's expectations as such. The chair does come with a two year limited warranty which includes parts and labor, but we have not had any issues and have not had a reason to contact the manufacturer at this time. The quality of the chair seems good overall, and my son would recommend this chair as a good fit for his activities, which include school work and some gaming.

I’ve had this chair for about a month now, so far so good, you really have to treat it well otherwise I have a feeling something might break or the fake leather might rip, it’s a very well-built gaming chair but at the price that it’s going for it won’t last you as much as another chair that is more expensive, One example of this is the base of this chair where the wheels get plugged into it’s plastic And not metal like other more expensive chairs. If you take care of it it should last you a while Cale and not metal like other more expensive chairs. If you take care of it it should last you a while. It is difficult to assemble, you might need two people, but it could be done. If you can get this chair on sale, it would be a better value. Just to summarize what I said, it’s a good comfortable chair that could last a while if taken care of, difficult to assemble. Try to get it on sale if possible. But once it’s built and you sit on it I think you will enjoy it

This is definitely the best chair I have ever bought it’s super comfortable and it’s big and not to tight one thing I didn’t enjoy about it was putting it together it’s a pain and you won’t be able to do it alone you definitely need some help putting it together but besides that the chair is definitely worth the price I have nothing bad to say about it. If you need a comfortable gaming chair this is the one you need

Its okay, pretty comfortable, the chair was pretty difficult to build somehow but its a decent chair would probably be worth it if its on sale.

great chair for the price! i got this chair for my set up and it works great i used it almost every day and to me its really comfortable. i used to have a regular office chair and it really does make a difference on my back and neck. i can game for hours with no problems my only complain is that it doesn't recline other then that is perfect.

We have had this for awhile now and gets used daily. It is comfortable and has stood up well to daily kid use. The only real downside is was not easy to assemble. It took a bit of man strength at times and two people to get the side pieces onto the chair during assembly.

Comfortable chair with a comfortable price. Assembly is easy. I am pleased with this purchase and its price point. Getting the arms attached to the back and the bottom can be a bit tricky.
