Very comfortable nice looking chair fits perfect with our desk

Cheaply made, more difficult to assemble than expected, remedial instruction sheet, does not “recline”, more of a “rocker”.

Easy set up, extremely comfortable... doesn’t recline just a heads up

Overall chair was fine. But Best Buy dropped the price the day after I bought an opened boxed one that was just a bit cheaper than the previous price. When I called they told me I had to return it and purchase a new one to get the current cheaper price. Also the washers were not in the box so no the chair was not all there. Some features of the chair are nice the foam seems to be glued in place a bit flymsy but for around 200 it was worth it. I won’t be taking it back to get 40ish dollars because I’m ok with the purchase not so much with customer service from Best Buy.

I bought this chair for my wife after we discovered she would be working from home for a while. She absolutely loves it - it's incredibly comfortable, and the adjustable support pillow that comes with it has made all the difference in keeping her lower back from getting sore. My only complaint and the reason for only four stars is that putting it together was a nightmare - the bolt holes in the arms didn't line up quite right which resulted in the bolts being incredibly difficult to attach. We managed to make it work and it has been great since, but there was a good hour of immense frustration trying to drive in bolts that weren't quite right.

A touch difficult to assemble with instructions that have picture that do not match, and parts that are not listed per step. One assembked, its a great chair

With back problems i got this chare so i could watch tv. Works great . Being on the older side i bought a nice pillow. Thanks again for your help.

The chair is very comfy. The extra pad they give you really helps with your back.

Feels of decent quality. The little pillow thing to support your back posture wasn't worth keeping on for me. I wish it would rock more.

I bought this for my son for Christmas he was throughly excited. It's very sturdy and comfortable. One of the best gifts I bought him. Only downfall was it did take some time to put it together.

Comfortable, but the reclining isn't great. Almost like it wants you to always sit straight up and not lean back.

I bought this for my son who games all day long. He is very pleased with it, and mentions that it is comfortable, sturdy, and definitely a great buy compared to other chairs out there.

This chair seems well built and comfortable. Tilting back has a little too much resistance though.

Great Chair. Super comfortable and looks great with my desk. Got the white and black colors. Only thing are the arms are a paint to put on. Other than that perfect!!
