The pictures below shows both the left and right sides of the chair that I now have to sit in with one arm hopefully I can find someone strong enough to bend this part back in place...

I bought this product not knowing how good it was going to be for the price, But I can't say that I am impressed.

Bought this chair less than a year ago, and the welds on the bracket that holds the chair sturdy. The welds have already come apart and the chair just wobbles now. Not to mention that the seat itself my look comfortable, it's not, although the chair looks great. The reliability and comfort are just not there. They say you get what you pay for, if you're planning on purchasing this chair. You'll get exactly that. So do yourself a favor and purchase something a bit more that looks like it will be durable. Also, this chair is overpriced in my opinion.

Best Buy has yet to respond to my issue. This accrued a month ago or so… I believe I purchased insurance as well. I’d gladly appreciate if I get a response. Blake

Poor quality assurance. poor welding. Overall the worst purchase ever. I barely got any use out of this hunk of expensive junk. it freaking broke when I was sitting on it. And of course total tech doesn’t cover this under warranty.

Too bad how I wasted my money...
