OK chair that could use some updates

the chair is nice, I get a lot of complements on its appearance. My opinion its too stiff ( not enough seat padding ) The support base is a bit to short.. Im 6'3" and with the chair fully raised I am slightly below my comfort level. as far as the sturdiness of the chair its a bit flimsy.
With all that being said.. I still like the chair but, it could use some tweeks to make it much better.

This chair has been amazing for the price, today Jan 22 2025 I am ordering another chair because this one that was purchased in oct 11 2023 has had the arm rest fail, and the seat cushion is now almost non existent. Sad to say for all the chairs available this one has lasted the longest over the las 12 years of buying chairs, I am 300lbs so this speaks to the quality of the chair. I would recommend this chair to anyone big or small

Not The Best, but Good Nevertheless

The product has a few faults, an uneven back, and armrests that need its screws tightened after a while. They're slight problems that don't deter its usefulness, but faults nevertheless. Overall, it does it's job and has given my back a comfortable rest and no problems. A definite step up from my wooden gaming chair with towels as cushions.

When I first got this chair it was great, slightly a pain to put together but not too bad. While this chair was better than the old standard desk chair I had before, after a few months its no longer comfortable. The padding in the arm rests is completely flattened, the chair pad is starting to flatten, the foot rest hangs so low there is no point in even pulling it out anymore plus the tab you use to pull it out ripped off. It was good in the beginning but for $200+ I expected it to hold up better and longer. 6 months of having it and I already need a new one for comforts sake.

I purchased this chair during the height of quarantine. I knew I needed a better chair if I was working from home for an indeterminable amount of time. This chair has been the best thing ever. The back is high and helps with proper posture. The padding is just right, not too soft but not to hard. Plus the reclining feature is great for leaning back while watching live streams. The chair was perfect and I thought nothing could make it better.
Something did though, the customer service at Arozzi. I now know I tend to lean to my left a lot and with my whole body. So the padding in the left arm rest began to flatten out. I knew this was not a product error but my own issue. I reached out to Arozzi and inquire about purchasing a new arm rest. They asked to see the receipt and confirmed my address. The next thing I know new arm rests were in the mail to me. That right there has made me an Arozzi customer for life. It was quick, efficient and no hassle.
So if you like this chair grab it and know that you will have top notch customer service for your top notch chair.

I truly regret buying this chair. Within a few months, it was falling apart. The foot rest has a little handle that snapped off in a few days since it was just stapled on. I have to tighten the bolts on it daily or else the arms come loose and fall to the sides and the back leans back too far. If you move AT ALL it creaks and groans loudly. And DW40 did not help. Then, the arm snapped in half one day while standing up. The quality of the materials are incredibly cheap. Im not a huge person, and i dont abuse the chair at all- in fast I have taken extra care to try and take care of it since it was almost 300 dollars. I even have a cover over it to try and keep it protected and that hasnt helped at all. The pictures attached are how it looks after 8 months of use if that helps determine how much it holds up.
I heard customer service for them was incredible so i still had hope but I have been mailing them since June with still no help or replacement parts. I had to provide the same information multiple times and am left with no response for huge chunks of time until i double email. I wish i could just get a refund at this point. It is NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I do not want to rate this gaming chair because I received a damaged item and decided not to repurchase. The pros are the leg rest which I was actually purchasing to use while writing college papers. It is also very large and offered great comfort but once I discovered the damage, I returned

Comfortable. Made of good materials. Sturdy. Doesn't have adjustable arms, but they are low enough to not get in the way.

So far so good. My son loves it. Easy to put together. The leg rest would never support an adult over 150 lbs.

Bought this for my sons 13th birthday. It’s a huge upgrade from what he had before. He loves it. My husband put it together, it’s durable, the recline works and the foot rest works. It’s easy for him to wheel around in, and the color is nice. We got it for a great price and was easy to purchase with the app. I would recommend.

Didn't Buy For The Color . . .

I replaced a similar (different brand) chair with the reclining feature and the footrest because the welds had broke on one side losing the arm and recently the seat tubing went also. So I found this one for about $75 more than I previously paid. The Arrozi does have a flat wooden seat base which may be more durable. The color is nice but full black would have been fine. Time will tell if the arm strength holds up; just held with two bolts per arm which--fully tightened-- still seems a little wobbly. They do control the recline so maybe that's why. I might have to move up to the $400 range for more beefiness if this one doesn't last for the two year stretch like the other one.

The chair is fairly comfortable, except there is a hard spot right in the middle of the bottom of the padding. Definitely have issues with the build quality as the arm rests are already getting loose and it's actually from inside the chair where they anchor, not bolts getting loose. Overall, good value for the price, but not going to be a long lasting chair.

Assembly is straightforward even with the minimum instructions. It is not comfortable at all. There is ZERO padding in the seat, the reclining back is uncomfortable because the seat does not tilt with the back. The foot rest will last about a week. It is very cheaply made. Ill be returning it …

Purchased this chair on a great open box deal. Super comfortable and cozy, the footrest is a plus and great material on the chair. Super comfortable for long hours or gaming and on the computer, no back problems, great cushion seats, leather, color pattern is awesome. Highly recommend chair for gaming or just long hours at a computer desk for work.

I bought this for my husband to game in, he says it’s comfortable. Although the leg rest looks flimsy it can support his 6’3” 220lb frame. I would recommend this.
