Chair was easy to assemble. My husband is very please with it. The footrest is a bonus. Only downfall is a cup holder not including. We bought one to attach but the height was not appropriate. Overall very please with this product.

This thing has held up great for the last couple of years, has all the features, price went up since I purchased it but overall is a comfortable good quality chair still use it daily

Good chair. It reclines. It is has a pretty bid seat pan and it is easy to put together.

Ive had this chair for a year now and it just started giving out on me. Nothing major, the footrest broke and one of the arm rests but thats really it. Did what it was supposed to and served its purpose.

I purchased this chair during the height of quarantine. I knew I needed a better chair if I was working from home for an indeterminable amount of time. This chair has been the best thing ever. The back is high and helps with proper posture. The padding is just right, not too soft but not to hard. Plus the reclining feature is great for leaning back while watching live streams. The chair was perfect and I thought nothing could make it better. Something did though, the customer service at Arozzi. I now know I tend to lean to my left a lot and with my whole body. So the padding in the left arm rest began to flatten out. I knew this was not a product error but my own issue. I reached out to Arozzi and inquire about purchasing a new arm rest. They asked to see the receipt and confirmed my address. The next thing I know new arm rests were in the mail to me. That right there has made me an Arozzi customer for life. It was quick, efficient and no hassle. So if you like this chair grab it and know that you will have top notch customer service for your top notch chair.

It arrived broken, other then that it's very comfortable. I love the semi recliner

Was easy to assemble and quite comfy Very sturdy!! My last game chair lost its air in the cylinder and would drop to the bottom. This one is built so much better and I really enjoy this Chair

i love it ive had it for a few months now the only issue i have with it is its began to squeak a bit when i lay it back but besides the squeaking its all good its super soft and everything i wanted in a gaming chair now i can play my pc games in comfort

It’s a good first chair to have the chair may not be that comfy but adding pillows for comfort made it feel better

I have 3 fractures in my back and high fluid retention in my calves. This caused the need to find a chair that has an adjustable back that does not curve like a recliner, with a foot rest to help reduce leg swelling. This chair is perfect! Easy to assemble and quite comfortable.

The chair is comfortable, but I wish there was more padding on the seat itself. You cannot have a long gaming session without having to get up periodically.

Very good chair for the price, but the instructions were a little tough because they had no words and the parts weren't labled in their container.

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. I wasted my money. The arms are loose and no matter what you do, they will not tighten up. The leg rest does not have anything to stop it from coming all the way out, so alot of the time you have to put it back in its spot. And the padding is crap:(

Chair is solid, a little stiff on the seat. The arm pads are decent but could use better pads. Occasional creaking and movement from screws, nothing a quick tight won't fix.

Putting it together takes a bit of time. And sometimes youll work with the screws quite a bit. Needs two people at times to assemble but can be done alone. When put up, it isnt the best but reclines and can be put in place. I feel like im going to break it easily so I take care of it with ease. Have not used nor do I plan to use the leg portion as I have the desk slotted in a corner.

Comfortable chair. We bought one for our son and loved it so much we’ve just purchased one for ourselves. Putting it together can be a hassle but once that’s done it’s fine and dandy!

Very comfortable and the best thing is that it reclines all the way down.
