This chair does its job minus the wheels getting stuck in the carpet it’s very good. I would recommend this

I mad a subplate to move the chair back 3" on the mount so you can use the tilt, quality good comfort not so much.

If you’re looking a gaming chair that feels nice then this is one is definitely that. If you’re looking for one that is comfortable there are a lot more different options that’s are better and cheaper than this one. For the price I expected a more comfier feel but with most gaming chairs comfort doesn’t exist. After sitting down for a couple hours my lower back would start to hurt so I would have to go stand or sit somewhere else until the pained stopped. That reason is why I ended up returning this chair and went with a office chair instead of a gaming chair and by far more comfortable than this one

The chair is packaged in a nice large box, with cardboard section pieces that offers a barrier between the pieces so no rubs or tears might occur in shipping. When you open the box, the chair is basically in three pieces – the bottom seat (which already has the armrests attached) the back (which already has the headrest and lumbar pillows attached) and the stand. All the bolts are already fixed in place, you just need to loosen, align the pieces and retighten. Assembly of the chair shouldn’t take you more than 10-15 mins, it’s super easy. And if you happen to need any guidance, they include a QR code which takes you to their YouTube page of install videos, you can simply watch the demo of the assembly and follow along. One thing I truly appreciate about Arozzi is that they give you a premium allen wrench. Two different lengths joined into a super comfortable rubber handle grip. You’ll keep this around use it for any other self-assembly needing an allen wrench, it’s awesome and makes assembly that much easier and quicker! This is our second Arozzi chair, the other is a traditional office chair. The padding they use in their chairs feels nice and firm, but offers excellent comfort for long periods of sitting. Both the seat and backrest offer super cushioned feel even after long hours, but the firmness does not break down over time. The headrest pillow and lumbar support are firm but plush and offer various alignment settings to get your perfect fit. The upholstery is almost like a suede, but super soft to the touch and easy to keep clean. And since it’s fabric, you don’t get as hot or retain as much heat as you would with a leather or leather type fabric chair. You get a massive amount of back rest recline, almost flat, and you can adjust the recline angle in almost micro adjustments so it’s easy to find your sweet spot. There is plenty of heigh adjustment also. The armrests adjust up and down, back and forth and angle in and out. However, the armrests are not plush padded, they are a firm rubber. Rolling is super smooth and the chair feels super stable. Excellent build quality and excellent comfort, you can’t go wrong with this chair.
