Only rating a 1 star due to ordering the chair and waiting for it to come in to Best Buy. After 1 WK the chair came in. I was so happy, now upon unboxing I see that I was missing the seat mechanism to the wheel base. I was pist, I contacted Arrozi and was informed that I will need to wait an additional week or 2 (due to covid) since people were laid off. Thanks Arozzi for sending Best Buy an incomplete $350 chair in box and making me wait an additional 2-3 weeks and not hooking me up with a customer satisfaction item or anything for my Troubles.

The chair is an excellent example of great gaming chairs. It’s comfortable with tons of options for positions. The construction seems to be solid as do the materials and I’m expecting a long life out of the chair. Cons-instruction/assembly booklet could use some work. The chair isn’t design for shorter people, so 5’10” and up you’ll be fine in this chair, under that you’ll either need to get a foot rest (I’m 5’10” and I still am using a foot rest) or look at a different chair so you’re not causing undue pressure points on your legs. The armrests can get a little uncomfortable during longer sessions of sitting but that’s easily taken care of with buying soft pads for them. Lastly the warranty isn’t as good as other chairs out there but 2 years is still better than a lot of the others.

Great chair and install was a breeze. I actually use this chair for work instead of gaming. Seating 8+ hours a day. Comfortable with no back aches. I read reviews that the chair squeak and is made for a larger person. I have yet to hear squeaking noice, maybe after time their can be but right now nothing. I’m a short individual 5 foot 5 and the chair fits comfortably for me. So no dissatisfied as of yet, perfect chair for either gaming or work.

Out of the box it was easy to assemble despite the lack of very clear instructions. As advertised it’s a comfortable chair for larger framed individuals. Haven’t had a lot of time to check it out but so far I’m very happy with it

"Gaming" chairs are all the rage these days, but admittedly, this chair is extremely comfortable. You can probably get a similar-quality office chair for about half the price though.

That’s all hands down a comfy and great gamer chair. No fatigue anymore and I have lower back problems. So it supports me well.

I've own my Arozzi gaming chair for a little over a month now, and I have a few things to say. 1. Straight out of the box, this thing is huge! I'm not a big guy, but there is plenty of room for those within the weight limit. Not to mention this thing is quite heavy... 2. Assembly was quite straight forward. Easy to put together, enough said. Only thing I didn't like is putting it together with an allen wrench (standard for most things these days.) They were kind enough to give you gloves for less pain screwing parts together. 3. When it comes to sitting in the chair, at first it feels amazing. It's very sturdy and reliable. The wheels glide easily across carpet, and the added functions of the arm rests are great. Just wish they ad an attachment for them for being more comfortable. However, if you plan on having a long gaming session, the lumbar support pillow doesn't really help. I would of given this chair a 3 star review, but it's such an upgrade from my last chair, and the arm rest functionality is a thing I've wanted.
