I made the mistake and bought a cheap gaming chair before this one and wow, I didn't know chairs could be this great. This thing locks in tilt positions and has a reclining back rest, making it super easy to find your perfect settings. Has big wheels so it rolls easy over high pile flooring/carpet. Now it only took me 10 min to set up all the bolts come pre installed. For racing chair this thing is comfortable, it's made with high density foam all around, haven't noticed any pinch areas. It's made of a sturdy metal frame so it can hold big boys up to 330. Its an all around great chair and I would definitely suggest this to anyone

I love this chair! It's very comfortable and the material is a soft leather. The best part is the lock-in recline feature. The frame is steel and very sturdy, so I never worry that I'm going to fall over, even in a full reclined position. I would highly recommend this brand and model.

I am a 5'3" female who bought this chair for gaming and office purposes, and I have to say it definitely does the job, all while keeping me in great posture! The reason why I didn't give it the full 5 starts was because the instructions to build the chair wasn't too clear, and also because the second pillow in the lower back area can't be traded out (it's too big and blocky for my back haha). But in general it's amazing! Love it, and would recommend. This chair does not have the ability to move the back seat down on a recline (I think), but that's okay... it's naturally bendy.

I purchased this chair to replace one I'd had for 13 years. It shipped quickly and was not difficult to assemble. I did have a little chuckle when I was unpacking the chair parts and found a pair of white gloves included with the assembly hardware. Other reviews make mention of an issue with the gas cylinder on their chairs, and this was indeed a concern of mine. My concern turned out to be well-founded, because within six weeks, I found my chair would occasionally sink after sitting in it for more than a few minutes. I sent an email to customer service to initiate a warranty claim with the expectation of the process taking forever. This was not the case, however, and I received a response the next business day (I sent the first message on a Saturday). While there was a delay in the back-and-forth messaging, the rep handling my claim had a replacement cylinder dispatched within a week of my initial contact, and despite being warned that due to COVID-19 processing the claim may be delayed several weeks, the replacement part arrived at my door in a little over a week after dispatch. I am happy to say I have had no further issues with the chair, and it is very comfortable. I will say that I got it during a BB Sale and it was about $130 off, making it a pretty good deal-even after having to get a part replaced.

So far so good. Purchased as a desk chair for a young adult son. He's 6'2 185lbs and he loves it. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but one of the plastic mold covers was cracked upon arrival. Fairly easy to assemble.

Due to a chair failure, I needed a new one. After tons of research, I decided on the Verona Pro V2 . I needed a 'heavy' duty chair that would hold up. This one seemed to fill the bill. Assembly was easy and took less than 30 minutes. All bolts are in place and a hex tool is included. The assembly instructions are in easy to understand 'pictures'. I enjoy the chair, it is really comfortable. I am not a gamer so it should last forever.

The Arozzi - Verona professional V2 gaming chair is an amazing chair! I haven using this chair for months for video games and doing home office. It has very good quality material, easy to setup, you can really feel the quality of this chairs after hours. I am going to buy a second chair for my office ones I get back.

The chair is supportive and firm which I like. I gave it four stars because I would have preferred if the cushioning was a little bit more plush. There was also a slight unevenness on the seat cushioning (quality control issue). Easy to assemble is a plus and I was able to do it by myself in about 20 minutes. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

My desk chair was around seven years old and was starting to fall apart, so with stay-at-home getting my chair more use, I knew I had to replace it. Ordered the Verona Pro V2 online with a sale price, received it in a few days, easy to put together and gives very good support for my lower back (a problem area for me). Will be ordering a second chair for my wife, I have a feeling until I do, she'll 'borrow' this one.

I’m a larger guy so spent more to get this chair that I would think would be designed just right. Turns out there are some side parts on the seat that can be uncomfortable after a while. Hoping over time they are less a problem and I prefer to stand frequently so might be fine.

Got this on sale needed a more comfortable chair and one that was capable of handling a bigger person . This fits the bill comfortable and very easy to assemble and built for the job ..Extremely comfortable

Good computer chair, has reclining handle control on side. After 1/2 year of use if I lean back it reclines on its own and can be jarring when it does. Wish it had a more positive stop to keep from inadvertent surprising reclining.

The chair was on sale so I feel like I got a pretty good deal on it. It was fairly easy to put together but suggest you have 2 people for a couple of the steps. My son has been using it for about a month and seems to love it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I do feel the price is a little high.

Initially I was worried because the box arrived ripped open with the bottom and side flapping. But, while the box was poorly designed, the contents were well packaged and nothing was missing. The chair was easy to assemble (and the happy and sad faces used in the instructions made me laugh). It is wide enough for a larger person and the seat is not too deep so you can sit back well without cutting off you knees. I have been using this for about a week while working at home and, like most chairs, gets tiresome. But better than many I have sat in over the years. I like the high back to lean back on when on a long conference call. So, it is a good chair when you can get it on sale. I am happy with my purchase.
