Chair is very comfortable. Docked it a star due to reclining locking mechanic keeps on unlocking and going back to default setting.

Wow, i can't say enough about this chair. My wife had to work from home while they worked on remodeling the office. We tried different office chairs. Sitting in them became unbearable after a while. With no support for the lower lumbar or neck. Then i came up with a new strategy. Gamers sit for hours in their chairs and comfort is needed. So i looked at these chairs. Found one that supports the neck and lumbar. Plus height, and seat locking positions fit her need. She loves it. And probably take it back to the office with her. Loves it that much.

It is a great lumbar support but the hydraulics doesn't last that long. You sit in it for an extended period of time and it goes down slowly.

Easy to build and solid feel in design and quality

I was worried about the vinyl getting "warm" after long sessions but that has not been a problem so far. Assembly was quick, only 20 minutes of so. Very comfortably, reclines WAY back. Head and lower back cushions are great and easily adjustable.

Thought it would be comfortable but it’s stiff, maybe intended for long term sitting. Solid, sturdy chair. Wouldn’t recommend for someone that likes cushy office chairs. Back adjustable setting of chair pops up randomly and scares us.

This chair was pretty easy to setup. It is pretty comfortable. You can lay back all the way down if you need to take a nap.
