Feels like a good chair but the gas piston has been leaking since I purchased it so it slowly descends while I use it.

Wait for a sale on this gamer chair, everything works great But way too overpriced

i've never had a chair dedicated to my office. This has lumbar support and a neck pillow. it keeps my posture straight so my attention is on point. and the cushion seats nicely for those long stretch days

Gaming chairs are specifically designed for long periods in front of a screen. But that screen could also be on a desk in your home office. This chair is awesome for working at home.

Son recommended it as a gaming chair but it is perfect as an office chair especially during these work from home times!

Comfortable but the plastic side pieces come broken or shortly break. I’ve had 2 chairs with this issue in very short time. Set up sucks alone.

Only used the chair for 3 weeks and had to take return it because it wouldn't lock the tilt feature it will snap out of the angle while I would be sitting slightly angled back it would also snap out of the lock while I wasn't on the chair also

Would have been better with a recliner seat is very comfortable aside from that

Worked well for the first two months, but then the chair kept sinking. Now 8 months later, I have to constantly raise it every 5 minutes due to its sinking. The manufacture has failed to warranty the chair and now I'm stuck with a sinking chair.

Was an amazing chair, until a couple of days ago when the chair back broke on one side just above where you bolt it together.

Not even a month and it’s broken the wheels will not stay in keeps falling out I got this for work because had to work from home now I’m sitting in a dining chair don’t waste your money I had chair that cost lest and last forever If I could have given this 0 stars I would have

The way the base is made, the ends have metal in the. Which is tough to have pushing into the side of your legs.

Came with broken side pieces if i returned it id lose my sale price no wonder it was on sale

Bolts were tightened super tight not even the key they supplied could loosen them up.

I bought this chair, when it was on sale, to be honest I have to say it’s worth the retail price. The build quality is excellent, the chair is very comfortable and looks amazing. The shipping was fast only took 2 days! My favorite part about the chair is the recline feature. So when I get tired of sitting I can lay down on chair and relax. I’ll definitely be buying a second chair soon. Also assembly was easy
