This review is more for the service vs the product... Although the product is great! No issues at all since setup! The service of the techs in the Plymouth Meeting store is A+! They were kind enough to assist me in figuring out the best option for her internet needs. And when it was found I had purchased the wrong modem, they were very helpful with making sure I had the right and were more than happy to come out to set it up for me.

It makes much more sense to buy a cheaper modem than to rent one from Xfinity. Installation is very easy and convenient. I can't comment on the wifi quality since my house is small, but it does more than enough for me.

Great 2 in 1 Modem/Router. It is Wifi-5 so if you were looking for the newest Wifi-tech, look at other options. For my needs, its the perfect all-in-one internet item. Great range and I have very good download speeds.

This is an OK piece of equipment, and it does seem to be performing well so far after about two months of use. My main criticism is the lack of a WPS button, which makes setting up things like wireless printers and Wi-Fi extenders much more difficult than it usually is.

Picked this up for the kids moving into their own place. Setup is pretty simple, and this device is well-suited to those whose devices are all wireless. If ethernet connections are needed, it has 2 ports, so if you need more, plan to use a switch as well.

I bought it to handle increased internet speed of 200 Mbps, and I am quite happy with it. I live in in a one story 1800 sq. ft. home and we have absolutely no wi fi issues. If you like to see bright indicator lights, you might be a bit disappointed (I have this unit sitting a good 8 ft off the ground and I have to look at it at an angle) but that is rather minor. There are only two ethernet ports, so take that into consideration (if you need more.)

If you are tired of paying those Comcast equipment rental fee's look no further. I purchased this and it was easy to setup and had me skipping all the way back to Comcast to return their equipment knowing I'll be saving money monthly. I'd recommend getting a battery backup that way if you happen to live in an area where power outages are frequent you will have no down time.

My Router went out so I decided to by a modem/router together. Very user friendly to install, had to call my internet provider for them to do their part. Works great, has dual band. The one error I made was I bought this not knowing I needed one with phone icon. So even though it works great and I wanted to eliminate having two gadgets for internet and WiFi, I ended up w/2 modems now because my old one provides my phone service, but that was my fault.
