This review is more for the service vs the product... Although the product is great! No issues at all since setup! The service of the techs in the Plymouth Meeting store is A+! They were kind enough to assist me in figuring out the best option for her internet needs. And when it was found I had purchased the wrong modem, they were very helpful with making sure I had the right and were more than happy to come out to set it up for me.

Works great. Easy setup. Fast speeds. Dependable. I recommend this unit. Priced right.

Great product overall, set up was a bit difficult for whatever reason; did have to have my internet provider help me call arris customer service and do a whole process to get my wifi up and running but besides that, has helped provide fast speed service to my home wifi.

Bought this to avoid paying the price for a modem from Comcast, for high speed internet. Great price, works great

My father in law bought this to replace his Xfinity modem and to save money from their monthly charges. He never had any complaints and it worked like it should. The only aggravating part was dealing with Xfinity to set it up.

I bought it to handle increased internet speed of 200 Mbps, and I am quite happy with it. I live in in a one story 1800 sq. ft. home and we have absolutely no wi fi issues. If you like to see bright indicator lights, you might be a bit disappointed (I have this unit sitting a good 8 ft off the ground and I have to look at it at an angle) but that is rather minor. There are only two ethernet ports, so take that into consideration (if you need more.)

My Router went out so I decided to by a modem/router together. Very user friendly to install, had to call my internet provider for them to do their part. Works great, has dual band. The one error I made was I bought this not knowing I needed one with phone icon. So even though it works great and I wanted to eliminate having two gadgets for internet and WiFi, I ended up w/2 modems now because my old one provides my phone service, but that was my fault.

So this has been great. This prouder has been working great easy to set up very happy with it

If you are tired of paying those Comcast equipment rental fee's look no further. I purchased this and it was easy to setup and had me skipping all the way back to Comcast to return their equipment knowing I'll be saving money monthly. I'd recommend getting a battery backup that way if you happen to live in an area where power outages are frequent you will have no down time.

Best modem I have ever used, it is with wifi, amazing. No need to pay money for modem.

Very fast WIFI and space saving. easy to install. now I can save $10 a month by not using a comcast provided modem.

Works great as very easy setup. I was able to personalize my WiFi name and password as well.

Finally had to make the switch from a hotspot to cable internet, to support work and school from home. Cable company wanted to charge ridiculous rental fees per month to "rent" a gateway, this does all the same stuff and pays for itself in less than a year. Went to Best Buy and got a recommendation for this one - it covers our whole house and is really easy to get set up (once we figured out which cable was live to connect to).
