Bought two of these, one for me and one for my girlfriend. It was easy to hook up and the app was very user friendly. The units were on sale and the best part, was that Best Buy had a 15% discount with the recycling of our old modem router combos!

I've been using this modem for the past two years and it has been a solid performer. It's a dependable device that has consistently provided me with uninterrupted internet service, saving me the hassle and cost of a monthly rental fee from my ISP. For anyone looking to bypass those monthly ISP modem fees and gain a little more control over their home network, this modem comes highly recommended. Signal strength for the most part is fine. Outdoors the signal does drop because of the distance which is to be expected. If you need better signal strength you may need WiFi signal boosters or additional access points

Very fast WIFI and space saving. easy to install. now I can save $10 a month by not using a comcast provided modem.

Works great as very easy setup. I was able to personalize my WiFi name and password as well.

I highly recommend this modem router. I used this Arris about 8 years back, and I was very happy with it. I bought this new Arris to keep up with the technology. [provided that you don't do any gaming, this is good for text or surfing the Internet, html only.] Enjoy!

Easy to connect and setup No disconnect issues Good for apartment

Finally had to make the switch from a hotspot to cable internet, to support work and school from home. Cable company wanted to charge ridiculous rental fees per month to "rent" a gateway, this does all the same stuff and pays for itself in less than a year. Went to Best Buy and got a recommendation for this one - it covers our whole house and is really easy to get set up (once we figured out which cable was live to connect to).

I love this modem/router it works great with Comcast/Xfinity I shaved $22.00 off my wifi bill with this purchase it took a bit of going back and fore with reps from arris and xfinity I had to call both companies a few times but once I got the right people on the phone I was up and running in no time I would highly recommend this product.

I have used Arris products for my modem needs for years. Not only are they inexpensive, especially when compared to utilizing the modem offered by an internet company, they are completely trouble free.

Easy setup. Went the all in one route with modem router setup. After 1 year, added a tp link router and mesh device in order to bypass the Arris internal router. Buy a modem and router separately for optimal results, especially for wifi, thank me later. Overall, this device as a modem and very simple small area (less than 750 sq ft) wifi area is good for the money however.

I went into Best Buy to exchange a Netgear cable modem I purchased. I needed a modem/router combo. I did some research online and also searched up which modem/router combo would be compatible with Xfinity internet. I stumbled upon the Arris Surfboard SBG10 modem/router combo. I was not familiar with the Arris brand. I saw on best buy.com that it had great reviews. The setup was very easy and Xfinity got it configured and added on their end in no time. I love how it offers 5ghz wireless connection as well for faster speeds. I had all my devices connected in no time!! I would definitely recommend the Arris SBG10 to anyone.

This is a good modem. It is compatible with xfinity. And can deliver the speed of your plan. Also reduce your bill.
