easy setup fast internet works greatmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I've been using this modem for the past two years and it has been a solid performer. It's a dependable device that has consistently provided me with uninterrupted internet service, saving me the hassle and cost of a monthly rental fee from my ISP. For anyone looking to bypass those monthly ISP modem fees and gain a little more control over their home network, this modem comes highly recommended. Signal strength for the most part is fine. Outdoors the signal does drop because of the distance which is to be expected. If you need better signal strength you may need WiFi signal boosters or additional access points

I have used Arris products for my modem needs for years. Not only are they inexpensive, especially when compared to utilizing the modem offered by an internet company, they are completely trouble free.

Got rid of the Xfinity modem and no more equipment charges , same performance

The modem was easy to setup and connect to the internet. It was also easy to connect my devices to the wifI.

This is pretty good device, working for 2 months well so far. But it has only 2 caple ports. In their prior version there much more ports. And it was a little bit confusing with 2 versions of Hz: 2.4 and 5. Both are recognized by Wi-fi and it took sometime (2 days) for Spectrum to get the right connection, But this maybe a problem with not well competent Spectrum staff.

This is a great modem for a 5 bedroom house for the price. The in store rep did a nice job helping me choose this modem. He appeared knowledgeable in this area and recommended this one. It's performing well and haven't had any issues with connectivity or Internet speed. Overall, it is a great modem for a large household.

Our previous modem(2 yr old- Netgear) died suddenly after a stormy night and we didn't want to spend a whole lot on a new one. For the price point, this was a good purchase I'd say. The signal strength is a bit low in the basement of our two story house but that's not a big issue for us. Things to consider : - If you live in a multi-story house you might want to check coverage in and around the house before you commit to this. - You might need to call your cable internet provider to set this modem up. This is an extra step for sure but shouldn't be a hassle. - Make sure you change your default router password once you've set it up. You'd need to call the Arris Customer support number.

Very good better than renting one from verizon and paying 15ca month

Had this about a month now. Faster than the xfinity modem and easy setup.

Working fine decent speed ease to set it up Very happy with it plus i am saving on my cable bill.
