So far, I am happy with this purchase. It provides reliable connection on both bands and with reasonable radius. It is great for mid-size house or an apartment, for larger house or multistory house with many walls, I would recommend a more powerful router with antennas. So far, speed is as advertised.

I only pay for 100mbps and I get around 118 when I run a speed test so this device is perfect and allows me to have all my devices running smoothly all the time. It even has a way to go in and change the password and wifi name easily, which is a bonus to me. It also keeps me from having to pay the rental costs from Comcast so it'll pay for itself within a year.
