It does not have a USB port, which is a major problem if you wanted to attach a USB storage unit for sharing.

Very happy with the results and finally have all the devices working together after the switch. I waited for printers until we needed them. Had an issue out of the box but called the number in the paperwork and got walked right thru everything including setup. Been working for a month or so since so fingers crossed I don't need another any time soon!

This device turned out to be perfect!! I took advantage of a birthday discount from Best Buy and It paid do itself after just a few months. It was very simple to get started. Just call your internet provider and give them information shown on the device.

Wonderful Performance

Dependable brand of modem

My other two are still working fine, one in my own home and the other at my business. They are four years old and still perform adequately despite advances in technology. Will purchase again in the future when needed.

Arris AC1600 Router modem

It was easy to install and provides fast internet and good wifi coverage. I am happy with this purchase. Best Buy had the best price.

Great Arris Cable Modem!

The only Con so far is the parental control is very primitive. These modems should allow the admin to set time restrictions per device/Mac. This one doesn't. Better than paying the cable company $10 per month rent forever though. This modem has already paid itself off.
