It works great and I don't have to pay cable for there Modem ($15) a Month I wish I had done this sooner I would have saved a LOT of money.

Good enough to get the job done. It is inexpensive and easy to setup. It is not very strong, so if you need to cover a large area or area with too many walls, this may not be for you. It works well for my small area, but loses signal on the other side of the building.

I held off a while on writing a review for this because I wanted to make sure it would held up for at least several months. I most impressed with this product and it's dual bands. Have Wi-Fi throughout the whole house and with it being a homeschool year with covid it was a plus

Installed this router at one of our offices. Good piece of equipment, but has an issue with needing to be restarted every couple weeks. This is probably not Arris’ fault, but our internet provider Spectrum Business (which leaves a lot to be desired). So I’ll still recommend this router.

Easy set up. Works fast. Just what I was looking for in a router.

No more tv or internet spooling, works great. Set up with the xfinity app was terrible, but calling them made it easy.

This product was easy to assemble and very quick to connect.

We replaced our old modem/router and it has helped with speed overall. The set up between Arris and Xfinity wasn't bad, but the Arris Surfboard app is terrible. Overall happy enough with the product.

A good product if you are wanting to switch from your Internet company's rental. Have multiple devices connected to the wifi including streaming and gaming.

My husband bought a more expensive arris surfboard modem and it malfunctioned so I was worried about getting another Arris but this modem was half the price and I feel it works much better than the one that was $399. I’m very happy with my purchase! Curbside service was excellent, fast and friendly.

Comes as a top rated and selling router/modem combo. The last Arris product I had had no problems until it became outdated. Cheaper than competitors, but still seems to do the job. Store had a ton of these in stock. Phone website/app worked fine for setup.

I purchased this modem as a replacement. It is working perfectly. I am not the most tech savvy, so it did take me longer than expected to get my Xfinity to recognize it.

it's good and easy to set up for a small apartment. for a larger apartment, you're going to have spotty signal in some areas. I had to end up buying a wifi extender that costs about an additional 50-75 dollars so take that into consideration. Probably better to just buy a larger router/modem.

Easy setup with good instructions. WiFi signal strength is ok, 5ghz doesn’t broadcast as far as my previous router. It easily handles my ISP speed of 100mps. Good entry level router/modem combo with WiFi. I’ve only had it for 2 months so I can’t speak to its long term reliability. Overall I’m satisfied.

Installation was easy and it continues to keep all my advice connected to the internet and running at high speeds. No issues downloading or streaming.
