I got the wifi working perfectly, and I got my ISP to activate my modem without any hassles. The problem occurred when the Ethernet ports failed to work out of the box. A quick call with the support hotline instructed me to reset my modem. After that, it was smooth sailing from there.

I was working with an old Motorola gateway that only ran up to 200MB/s even if wired. This runs at top speed I'm paying for and I've also noticed a huge upgrade in wifi since purchasing. Would definitely recommend Arris when considering a gateway.

I had to buy this in a pinch after my previous modem got blown by a power surge. It works very well and maintains good speeds. The WiFi was easy to set up. After moving, I got a mesh WiFi system and it was easy run that off the modem as well.

Once the modem was set up we haven’t had any problems with the TV or internet

Provides good enough speed. Only have the low-end version of Xfinity internet. But it works. Has a tendency to get warm when doing heavy downloads. Recommend that you keep it in an open area. Not in a closet.

After intense research, I chose this product because it seemed to fit what I needed. I got for internet only with Xfinity and I have to say it did not disappoint. It cost a little more than what I was wanting to pay but it’s worth every penny.

Finally able to cut the cord and leave cable company excessive billing including fees for using their equipment. Handling multiple tv's streaming, along with laptops, and pads without any issues.

This is a great router to replace those provided by your internet service provider. Works very well. Typical return on investment is within 12 months depending on what your provider is charging for monthly rental of their equipment.

Very easy to connect and I've had no issues. The app is a plus with helping with setup

I'm not technical. I plugged it in and connected the cable from Spectrum. Called them and gave them the info they asked. Five minutes later it was working and has been working ever since. I had 2 Arris that died (two different locations) after about 4-5 years. I don't know if this is normal, but I hope it will live until I decide to upgrade and not have it forced on me.

Thankfully I had help and it installed seamlessly it’s working fine the only thing I can tell you is the hassle comes in when you have to change all the passwords on every device that has been used or is being used good luck with that

The modem router works well once installed. I had issues with the application however, the unit works well so far. I plan to use it for years to come.

Set up was easy!!! My service provider had no problem activating on their network. We only have speeds up to 300mbps so this was the perfect choice. Coverage is great in our 1600 sq foot home. So far no dead spots!

Easy set up, strong wireless signal, fast ethernet connection, compact design, and pleasing aesthetic. You can also hang it up in a wall on it's side like a picture due to the specifically designed holes.

Super easy to install. I returned my spectrum modem and replaced it with this. I just called customer service and they walked me through the process. I'm so glad I got the Dual-Band Router instead of having a router and a modem separately.

I bought this router to replace the one I've been renting from Mediacom that died. I can't believe how much better our internet service is: it's much faster and we have a wider area of coverage. I wish I'd bought this year's ago.

Easy to replace the old one and it automatically loaded and connected with Comcast. Then wiring the router to it was also seamless. The last one I had several years ago I had to call Comcast to make it work. This one worked in a matter of minutes.

Purchased this to replace the Comcast one that i have to pay for monthly to save money in the long run. The modem/router works even better then the one supplied by Comcast. The only thing I wish was better was the range but it’s decent as it is.
