This product has been okay so far. After hooking up properly, it works. Only downside is that I had to move it to the hallway so it could reach my camera on my door.

great set up allows you not to have to pay that rental service from your select cable service. The Arris has a couple different outputs and has a wide range.

bought this Arris cable modem/router to replace the one from the cable company. Was very easy to set up and works great. I have no issues with it at all.

never dealt with a modem before but with the help of the sales person I found this one was very easy to set up myself and have it working in a very short time. :Pretty good for a senior citizen.

Bought this to replace my Motorola router, I was looking for one that was not expensive. This Arris is working good, I live in a 2/2 apartment and I get wifi everywhere without any issues.

Pretty much plug and play. Required a phone call to the cable company to give them the new MAC address. But flawless performance and dependable.

I bought this for saving the $10 monthly charge on my internet provider. It will pay for itself in a year. I should have done this 2 years ago. Very quick speeds and easy set up. No complaints.

Well I bought this modem for my self it works pretty fine for a small home but if your house is huge you wont get a high frequency every where in the home buts it's a awesome buy that's the only reason why I given it a 4 star

Was easy to set up. Seems to be working with no issues so far!

Been using it on 5 different devices, sometimes multiple once at a time. Runs great no issues as of yet! Also do some light gaming on a console only once have I had my connection dropped. Happy with device.

If you're renting the Cox router you are getting ripped off, I had theirs and I switched to this one and it made my internet faster! Also would get disconnected while gaming but not anymore!!!!

This modem is definitely worth the price. It saves me $14 a month from my cable bill. Should have purchased a long time ago.

This is a simple modem/router combination device. I bought this for my elderly mother and it is perfect for her. If you can live with few ethernet ports and don’t mind having an all in one unit, this is a good device.

Bought this so we could create our own security passcode for the WiFi. Works great, easy setup. Only problem was with xfinity customer service. Gal was upset that we no longer wanted to rent their box.

It's pretty speedy for the most part. I comes with this amazing app that I use any time I forget my wifi PW. I have no complaints. I don't have to pay Xfinity monthly for there router. Plus plus

As an emergency, I had to buy this router. After various searches of what can connect to spectrum internet, I stumble upon this gem. Has not broken down the signal and it is capable of of doing both 2.4 and 5 speed.
