This modem is definitely worth the price. It saves me $14 a month from my cable bill. Should have purchased a long time ago.

This is a great router for a cable modem setup, very easy install, basically plug it in and then call the service provider and give them a number. App makes setting up the password and security very easy.

I bought this to replace my old Arris modem that did not have a built in router. So far, everything has worked perfect. It has no problem with my VPN tunnels or firewall appliance.

Grabbed this since it was compatible with COX so i wouldn't have to pay the usage fees for renting one of their own. Setup was simple and efficient, pair this with a router and you've got a great home setup!

Was an easy set up works perfect for my mother in law.

If you have comcast and want to change the wifi name to your OWN domain, then you must go to the Arris website to do so. I downloaded the Ap. Inside the Ap I could personalize the name of my wifi.

Got this for my father's house where he has Spectrum (Charter). After connecting to the cable, called Spectrum, gave them the MAC and 10 minutes later had the modem/router set-up and working, both ethernet and Wi-Fi.

I purchased this router to avoid renting one from Xfinity and I must say it has been getting the job done so far. Not sure how it compares to the router Xfinity provides, but I'm satisfied with it.

I’m not a tech guy, so the salesman pointed me in the direction of this router/modem combo. He said this was the best bang for my buck and so far it’s worked great, no problems with set up and no issues so far.

Great little modem/router combo for the price. Wifi signal is not the strongest so you will need a booster or a mesh network for a larger house.

I am very happy with my router modem. Installation was very simple and was done in just a few minutes. It did not bring coaxial cable, which I expected it to, but that was no biggie.

Once we figured out to switch our wifi to the 5G our internet took off. Easy set up. Definitely worth the money. Comcast rep even said its a very reliable modem/router.

When the folks at Cox finally stopped trying to sell me on renting their equipment and multiple phone calls, was able to get this router/modem working. No problems so far, works well!

Seems to be working at a great speed. Between me and son, we have about 4 electronics using it at the same time, and works fine. I have it in the downstairs basement, and works with all our upstairs devices.

Had a hard time setting up the unit. Tha app didn't work with the model , as instructed in the manual should. Had to call Tech Support which seems located somewhere in Europe. The woman gave clear instructions how to use the unit without the App which work successfully. That was after I had painful time trying to figure out why the thing won't work. When everything was working good, the signal was alright. I was back enjoying my music streaming and updating firmware of my equipments.
