Easy to set up, saves me big buck, no problems at all....

Great product. The Comcast installer was impressed by it too. It was suggested to me by a knowledgeable Best Buy person. Good value, beats renting one from Comcast. It will pay for itself in 11 months.

Purchased for my mother who is a senior. She has her TV, phone, laptop and surface book connected with no problems. It was easy to install and connect.

The Arris I had before lasted me almost 4 years and I upgraded to this one which is way better cause it has the router included. I have better WiFi and streaming with this without any lag.

Router works good for what it is. The app is a bit clunky and the speeds dip a bit at times, but otherwise no complaints.

This is great I get fast Wi-Fi internet and I can get Xfinity this is great but the only thing is you can only just use this for Xfinity Comcast it would not work with AT&T at all

Bought this combo to replace a older model which was running to slow. Works very well, much faster. would recommend for upgrading older routers and modems combos.

I’ve had this Arris modem/router for three weeks. Works like it’s supposed to. I would recommend it.

I was iffy with my purchase at the moment of buying it because I had gone into the store looking for a particular brand that wasnt in stock. I needed a modem router that same day so I bought this one. I am very pleased with the service its provided and have had no complaints at all. Will not hesitate to buy again, overall good purchase.

The SURFboard is excellent for those not needing a high-speed internet modem and want to return the Xfinity modem to save money.

For setup one has to take a photo of a symbol on the box, then submit that digitally. If a person is setting up a new modem and doesn’t have access to the internet, that person is SOL. That seems like an unnecessary boondoggle.

The unit itself is easy to hook up similar to any other dual modem router. Access it directly via the ARRIS app which is nice. My only gripe is that I’m not getting the reported download speed I should be getting (200 mbps) when on WiFi. Direct connected to Ethernet is perfect but WiFi is not hitting those speeds. Other than that it’s been great and haven’t had any reliability issues.

First 6 months in my life I don't get disconnected more than once. Love them and the fact they are one unit. Perform as advertised.
