It’s nice to have a modem and router put together for once. Plug in set up passwords and works great! Works perfect with Xfinity internet as well (don’t rent theirs but your own!).

Overall, the product has been working good. I haven't had it that long, but I own a different version and had not giving me any issues either.

Purchased for a client to replace Comcast modem. It was easy to set up even with the call to Comcast. Works as well if not better than Comcast's. Nice to not have to pay rent anymore.

All routers and modems have their faults. We have had pretty good luck so far. I am getting tons of speed. Over 200 mega bits. Price was fair.

Works good, i should have bought the next stronger modem as it would be better for us, but that's my fault, I didnt know which one to purchase, and there wasnt any help available on the floor at Best Buy, otherwise my choice of moderns would have been better guided. The modem i bought works fine, it's just not as strong as i would have liked.

Bought this after I realized that the first Arris was not dual band. Obviously not tech savvy. This router/modem works very well with multiple devices running at the same time. Would buy again.

Good price for a great modem. The only thing is it is not compatible with wireless internet alone will have to buy a second one.

Worked as expected. I used a laptop connected with a patch cable to get the Cox internet working the was able to get the wireless working.

Decent price, Does not work with boingo internet service, The speed is decent, wish it had more than two Ethernet ports.

Don't waste your money renting your Comcast device. Buy this one instead and benefit not only in saving money but better performance as well. You won't be disappointed.

This router works just as well as the one I was renting from the cable company. It is also much smaller and takes up less room. the price is not bad either. I would recommend it.

Bought to avoid paying rent to Comcast. Performs well, but Arris customer service charged $25 for a necessary call. This was a good Best Buy salessman's recommendation.

Picking one of these up gives you dual band 2.4 and 5ghz. Don't have to pay the monthly rental cost xfinity charges for their own which when you add it up a month cost more than this.

This modem is perfect fpr surfing the web & some gaming.

This is a great personal use modem/router. My old one died so I needed a new one. Works withXfinity

Easy to install and worked right away. Instructions were clear and technical support from Arris was super helpful. I'm not great with technology but this was easy.
