Great Purchase! Ready to save $14 a month

The only hiccup I had was accessing the internet. Make sure you scan the QR code and download the app, it will generate a password and once you finish you can change the network name and password to that of your liking. Follow the instructions and you’re set. I did have to buy a wifi extender but I think it’s the way my home is built.

Would have given five stars but there’s a “fast” option and a “strong” option Andrew fast option doesn’t seem to have great range while the string option is indeed slow. One caveat: I’m on a brand-new service.that just tested 67 Mbps upload and over 10 download and there might be some setting that could be tweaked so all works better.

False Advertising. Not Compatible With Xfinity

I got home and couldn't get it activated through the app. After talking to support for an entire hour, they told me these modems are no longer compatible with xfinity. You guys need to either change the features on the product listing so that they are accurate or stop selling this all together. I now have to drive an hour away to return this thing.

What I needed

Needed a modem with access to 2 ethernet connections which is what this modem provides. Works fine once we figured out which MAC address to use with my ISP. This modem lists 2 MAC address numbers. It would be beneficial if the manufacturer would highlight this issue in the included paperwork to create customer awareness so as to let he ISP know during installation.
