    Does not work with Xfinity despite them claiming it. I went through multiple day support call with xfinity without being able to adding sbg10 mac address. Not sure whose failing that is. However, as that dragged on my return window to best buy expired. So, now I am with a modem that I can neither use not return.

    I’ve had this modem for about 4 months now. I read some reviews about I heating up and while it may get warm I’ve had absolutely no issues with this modem/router. My service is decent although it doesn’t cover my entire basement apartment too well if I get too far from it. But it does still connect and get a decent speed. I’m happy with it. I have Xfinity

    I got this so I didn’t have to pay Xfinity’s rental fee for theirs. I don’t have a lot of devices, so I have the lower package through Xfinity, but I’ve had it for several months now and so far everything has been working fine. My upload speed is pretty low when I run the tests, but I have a feeling that has more to do with my service/wiring than with this product.
