    It worked right away once plugged into the wall. Just that it took 30 min on the phone with Xfinity customer service for account activation and I got wifi right away. Don't wait for the kit to mail. It's really a joke! Kudos to Best Buy floor person who helped me pick this model and explained to me why it was better than the other one. Excellent Service!
