Its a great modem router and can handle amazing speeds.

This is an excellent replacement for the Spectrum Modem/Wi-Fi Router. The install required me to register on-line via my mobile phone or call Spectrum to activate the modem,The old modem was dropping signal randomly and so I could go get another or just buy a modem already.

This router works well. No issues with connecting to internet with multiple devices.

This no longer works with Xfinity. Unfortunately because BestBuy sorts the reviews by the highest first (and oldest) I didn't see the many other one star reviews that say that the modem is no longer supported by XFinity. Like other people I spent hours on this issue. The MAC address on the modem will not be allowed to be added when you deal with their support. Also XFinity still lists this on the compatible list however it is incorrect. This is going right back to BestBuy

I am really enjoying FREE Xfinity WiFi internet streaming on my TV of movies and 24/7 news. Also, I utilize for WiFi internet on my laptop. No longer paying the additional monthly fee for the Xfinity modem/router. Now, my monthly Xfinity bill is just $20. Love it.

Overall it works great, it's able to use the one Gb Xfinity here in FL. Only issue was finding the modems model when registering xfinity. Ended up having to call to finish the process, sense the model number isn't listed in the drop down.

Was not sure what I needed but so far everything is working okay. I had some connectivity issues at the beginning but I was assured that I was connected to the work fi / internet. The modem/router was new and took a little time for everything to sync

Don't know what I could say on this. It's completely related to internet provider. If it's acceptable by providers then it works like charm else it's junk piece we have to buy the compatible one to your provider..

As far as I can tell, this is a great modem/ router combo... Much better than the one that Xfinity set me up with mostly because it's not constantly running a fan. I kinda wish there weren't lights flashing from the back of it all the time, though, since it's in my bedroom.

took sometime and a call to comcast to instruct the APP you have to download first your phone in order to connect it to your tv. For me who is not tech savy I did it myself was just a bit aggravating. Otherwise works great glad i purchased it.

Bought this as a replacement for one I rented from Xfinity. Works great with no issues and it does not get hot after long use. No more rental fees now!!!

I bought this because the BB tech said it would be cheaper to own the router than rent it. But I was also led to believe that I could use my Comcast wireless tv boxes with it. This turned out to not be true, so I had to return it.

Great product aside from the range. Tried 4 different modems and this one got us 240mbps on our network with is supposed to only provide 200. WiFi range is more limited than our old router and would recommend a range extender.
