So far so good, it was relatively easy to install. Called xfinity to activate and was good to go. The only thing that was kind of annoying was using the app to activate, only because I had to re-sign in every time it refreshed till I was fully connected. But that was just tedious not a big deal.

Purchased because I am a new customer with Xfinity and needed wifi for work and my kids schooling and it works great. I live in a brick house and use around 5 devices at once and no problems. I recommend to Xfinity customers as an alternative to leasing.

Not a bad router. I had a little trouble setting it up at first, but that probably had more to do with my internet provider than with the product itself! Haven't had a problem since then! I like that it's both the modem and router in one!

For 1 3 rm apartment the range gets week from the furthest point from the Modem

I was tired of paying for a router rental every month. This is a great replacement and has years of expansion before it's obsolete. Excellent router! I'm running: 4 computers, 4 printers, 3 Alexa devices, 4 google devices, Dishanywhere. They all work great.

Had to return. Was told by Spectrum that it was outdated and would not work with Spectrum service.

I would have given it five stars but it was a bit of a hassle setting up. I’m not computer illiterate, but I’m not a computer geek either and it took me probably if I recall, a couple of hours to figure it out. But it works fine once I got it going.

Bought this one under the recommendation of a Xfinity rep. Its great! I don't lose any quality, wifi cpnnections, or qualify. It has paid itself off quickly and i dont spend more with Xfinity, who overcharges for everything.

i purchase the router due to my old one that i hade for 5 years went out. with the old one before it went out wold freeze the or want to report movies on nexflix and amazon prime, the arris ac1600 works really good and with no freeze or report. also its made to handle 4k streaming.

Just wanted my own modem that could provide the best opportunity to get coverage through out my apartment. Great online ratings.

The spectrum agent at the store recommended this unit as well as the geek squad guys at Best Buy. And it was cheaper than ones I was considering buying by $20

I ended up having to return within a day as it would not connect and when did had a very poor connection. I have comcast xfinity. It did state it worked with my provider so not sure why it didn't work well at all.

I bought this device with the 2 year best buy plan so i wont have to buy a new modem for at least two years and not monthly fees from comcast. Thats a win win. Comcast charges $13 a month , this device pays off in 9 months.

Easy to set up, only 1 item not 2 (modem and router combo) takes up less room and works

The hub was fantastic and it connects perfectly to the Internet provider server

I only use the surfboards. Reliable and always works with virtually any cable internet service.

Bought this for a new Wi-Fi set up at my home. Works great. The set up is a little confusing so I would recommend watching a few videos on how to set Wi-Fi up in your home. Other than that it has been a great wife I said up. I use it with a mesh network

it is work well, but the range small, it is use for the medium house only.

It would have been great for me except it didn’t have a coalaxial port as that’s I revive my internet even tried to have the cable tech come out and try to see if there’s was a way to use it but to no avail I had to take it back unfortunately
