Strong reception in multiple rooms. Works as advertised. Good build quality. Has survived water getting dropped on it. Is customizable with different wavelengths. Would def recommend to others. Not sure how it works in a large space.

With the price, you cant expect too much out of it. it does the basic work fine, but the transmitting power feels a little bit low as in an upper floor, i cant get full signal reception. Get a more powerful one if you have a multi-level property.

Work much much much better than the one of Xfinity.

Bought to replace the old version from 10 years ago that finally stopped working, so here’s hoping this will last another 10. Setup was a little annoying

I got this to replace an older modem/router that needed to be reset constantly. This thing does the job splendidly. Easy to set up, and my connection is more stable than it’s been in a long time. I can’t really comment on the range as I have a fairly small apartment.

This is the third Arris - Surfboard Modem / Router that I have purchased. It works flawlessly and I have never had any problems with Arris. This model is 3.0 and I am getting approximately 360 Mps Download speeds which is very good.

comcast compatible. no additional setup needed. got all the cables except the coax cable that goes from the wall outlet to the router.

I believed this was inferior to its competitors but was pleasantly surprised. Well built and nice, sleek look overall.

This modem was easy to install and has a greater range than our ISP provider. The problems we were having with dropped connection and spotty service has stopped.

This was a little lengthy setting up, but has been working great once I got it up and running. Honestly it's more challenging to deal with comcast than to install this modem.

So far so good. Bought to replace a rental modem from Xfinity. A relatively small house but easily gives enough signal for 4 floors including the basement. Multiple devices run with ease.

Integrated with Comcast/Xfinity without problems and has worked reliably since being installed in August 2020. Given the purchase price versus modem/router rental from Comcast, the unit has already paid for itself.

It’s good overall . Sometimes wifi messes up but I don’t think it’s the modem I think it’s the wifi from the apartment.

No issues works easily with comcast, Or what I call Conn cast. Would recommend to save some money from the equipment rental!!!!

Works great! Connect is stable. Easily handling 10-15 devices. All streaming and school meetings and other bunch if meetings work same time with no issues. Good wifi coverage for 700 sqf. And helps save money from leasing
