great product. Difficulty connecting it to my system mainly because the company uses different terms than I am used to like password and passcode and serial # when the information actually states passcode.

I got this to replace my Comcast router and to try to save a little money on my monthly bills. It seems to work adequately for now, my only concern is if I get a lot more devices it may slow down my Internet service. But so far so good

Either my modem or router had died after a power outage so I decided to replace them with a combination unit. Works great!

This is a product that is going to save me at least $120.00 a year on my internet bill. I didn't know I could do this until a friend of mine told me about it. Now I am glad he did and I am on my way to saving money.

Reboots faster than most of the router/modem combos I have had in the past. My ISP required me to call so they could update their records to align the Router/Modem, but overall easy install and consistent performance.

The router works great it does everything it is supposed to do. No problems with this router.

Works great. I purchased this Arris Surfboard for a second home and it works as well as the one I bought three years ago. Good coverage throughout my 1500 square foot home.

Keep speed consistently. We have spectrum and had a bit difficulty to set it up since the manual did not have infirmation that we should first register its mac id to spectrum account.

Buy your own modem and drop your cable providers one. It will save you for what ever they charge you for renting there’s per month. This arris modem handles all my devices very well I would recommend it to anyone

The set up directions presumed a certain level of technical knowledge, but overall not too difficult a setup process. Coverage is MUCH better than my old wireless unit & the mobile app is nice, even comes with a coverage map

Had to move it closer to get signal in the far bedroom. Other than that, it works. Didn't really know what to expect, just went with it cuz it was reasonably priced. I'm satisfied!!!!

Replaced our rental modem from our cable provider with this unit. The savings of the rental fee pays for this unit in 8.5 months. The two Ethernet ports are both in use and everything is working perfectly.

The WiFi router with modem is a good compact product... it’s for the first time I am movin from Cox provided routers to personal ones and the coverage/speed is same as that from my earlier system...I am happy with this product ..
