Speed is fine but WIFI range is minimal

But this is good for a studio kinda place, it was not able to keep 900 Sq ft apartment connected all across. If you are in the same room as the router, you get normal speed as expected, move to other room and drastic decrease in speed and connectivity.

However, I will likely replace it within a year because it's too fragile and a piece from inside it has already started to rattle. It don't regret buying it, but I wish I had just bought a more expensive option. ALSO, it doesn't come with the full instruction manual, you have to find it online.
