Forget those rental fees!

It actually seems to work better that the comcast box. Good product for the price. Also loved the coaxial connection feature, many other devices like this didnt have one.

Device does not connect to Xfinity

I downloaded the apps and followed all instructions. I worked with Xfinity for over an hour and they were unable to connect to the device at all. The customer support line did not get me anywhere. I called twice during regular business hours and when a representative answered the line was completely quiet the first time. The second and third time the call was immediately dropped.
