Works great most of the time. Speeds are faster than my Internet Service Provider. A couple times a day, something hangs and I lose connectivity for about 10 seconds. I don't know if it is the modem or the router. But I never had the problem before my previous modem was fried by lightning. Can't argue with the great price!

This modem works great! I bought it for the 100 gig internet speed. It was easy to switch my old modem out and hook this one up. All I really had to do is call my ISP and give them the MAC#, the ISP did there activation and I just had to reboot them modem again. That was it.

This modem does what is claims to do. It offers great download speeds for most users (if you have over 100Mbps download speeds then you should get the next level up modem and not this one since although this claims to download over 100, it will not based on reviews). It's easy to setup, just need to call your ISP for quick setup. The problem is that it also offers something you're not expecting...extremely bright LED lights. You will not be able to use this modem in a bedroom, it is that bright. I have this in a separate room, and sometimes when I wander by at night, I fear that I've left the TV on in that room, because this router is that bright. Had I know, I may not have gotten it. Not sure if the black model is any different.

Purchased this modem because its just more cost effective vs leasing one from Comcast. My plan is for 150 down and 10 up, speed tests over ethernet I get 160 down and 12 up. Setup was easy and the modem page shows connection statistics and bonding channels.

Great speed. Very reliable. Easy to set up. Price is good too.

I had a previous model that finally overheated and died, this one has much better air circulation thanks to a hundred or so holes all over the casing. Black might be sheik but they went with white for the newer model and the bright glowing LED's shine through all those aforementioned holes in the casing looking kinda neat if you are into that.. kinda distracting in a lights out watching TV environment but easily fixed. Overall I've been comfortably happy with my purchase, I "feel" like I got a noticeable speed boost upon upgrade but that could just be the overheated parts slowing down the old model. Don't go with the inferior and cheaper versions, I'd call this one the basement priced model if you want it to last and give you good speeds. Cheaper brands almost inevitably fail sooner and run slower. Don't buy the next model up unless you have the bandwidth to use it.

I am delighted to have a new, upgraded, Docsis 3 modem. I can whiz around on the internet without any hesitation or or down time. I've had great success previously with Motorola modems as far as reliability, and I have high hopes for this one. Thank you.

Its small and its fast thinly problem I really had is minor its that the lights are really bright they illuminate my entire room and its a little hard to sleep lml other then that I'm 1000% satisfied

I replaced a Comcast modem with unit and I now get the speeds I have been paying for for over a year. Comcast talked me into upgrading but did not tell me their modem did not handle the speed. I get the speed now. This is a plug and play modem . Love it.

I have got this Modem after my Motorola modem was giving problem. I am happy with this modem performance as of now. Better price at best buy is a bonus for me. Try to get a better router along with it if you want to match the performance of this modem.

The SB6141 modem from Motorola is very fast, stable and easy to set up. I use it with my cable internet connection and have had no problem since installing. I had trouble with a cheaper modem from Motorola but this one is worth every single penny. Best Buy makes it very easy to replace it in the unlikely event you have problems with it.

I was a little worried about trying to cut the cable company modem off of my bill but it turned out to be easy as calling up and registering the new modem and returning the xfinity modem with hotspot. Modem will pay for itself in less than a year.

I needed to upgrade my modem to get the Internet speed I was paying for from Cox. Installation was simple and appeared to go well, but required telephone assistance from a very helpful Cox technician to connect. Initially, the Ethernet connected Internet speed was less than with the old modem. The technician discovered that my Cox account was botched up, corrected it, and the download speed reached the promised speed, but only through Ethernet. WiFi speed was slower than with the previous modem. I was then switched to a Cox WiFi expert, who refused to help because I had not bought a Cox modem. While considering returning the modem for a different one the next day, I tested WiFi speed again and found that it had mysteriously become much faster, about 2/3 as fast as Ethernet for my desk top computer next to the modem. I kept the modem and am happy with it.

Works great and very easy to set up! Have 100gb internet connection and I get every bit of it! The white looks cool and the unit is pretty compact.

I've had this modem for almost 3 months and it's working great. I got tired of paying for the modem Comcast provided, but I was a little worried that I wouldn't be as pleased with this modem. I'm happy to say I was wrong and it was easy to set up as well.

I bought this modem as a replacement for the one provided by Comcast, which costs $10 a month to lease. I'm getting speeds exceeding what my line is provisioned for, it was very easy to set up with my router, and is, overall, a great deal for the price.

This modem works well with my Cox service and the router I use. I get pretty high speeds through it. I have no problem streaming Hulu and Netflix in high def. My only complaint would be the lights on the front being extremely bright and shine through the white plastic quite a bit. If you have it in a dark room it is definitely noticeable.

I spent days researching cable modems specifically for use with Xfinity and for value and performance, this is the one. I've had this modem now for about 6 months and have had no problems and no regrets. Would definitely buy again...unless something faster comes out.

This modem is working great. We switched from a rental from our internet company to this. Easy setup and works great. My only complaint is that its bright white, but it still looks OK. Just looks out of place compared to all our other electronics.

I've had continuing problems with the modem furnished by my cable internet provider so decided to get my own. My speed has increased! And the modem was easy to install. Had to call my provider for recognition but that went well...so all is good.
