As a Comcast subscriber, I was requiere to buy a new modem in order to increase my speed of web surfing. After comparing different models aproved by Comcast, I decided this one. The speed went from 16 to 37 mbps, after the set up.

This is a great modem for the money. Stylish and a work horse.

The modem has worked great with no problems for our family of 5.

I decided I was tired of paying to rent a modem, and bought this nice little cheap unit. It was very easy to set up and there has been no drop off from the original unit. Will pay for itself in only five more months!

Great modem for anyone who uses a separate wireless router (the next step up offers built in wireless routing). Great top speed with easy installation. Better to own this one than pay the cable company every month to rent their junk.

Works well and better than the old 2.0. Only thing was the online setup didn't work. Had to call the cable Co.

Ok...every easy setup - you literally plug it in and watch for the lights on front. If you don't get the "internet" light, then you call your provider. Once we had it working with the cable company, everything else just fell into place. There's not much to say about this modem and I guess that's a good thing....it just worked out of the box.

I needed a up grade so I got this one and it works really great!

This is a very good modem for the money. It is easy to set up.

I bought this modem in February 2016 to replace a ARRIS router/modem from Time Warner. There were two reasons why I switched over to the ARRIS SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0. First, I got tired of paying Time Warner to rent their outdated equipment (3 years @ $9.99/month). And second, I wanted faster and newer technology that I wasn't getting by using Time Warners equipment. Once I deactivated the router function of the ARRIS by calling Time Warner and connected the ARRIS SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 I was set. Time Warner even allowed me to keep their ARRIS because I still needed the portion of that box for my home telephone line which was not a feature on the model I purchased. The setup was a breeze and if you pair it with the Linksys 1200 AC you won't be disappointed.

This was purchased for my parents as a Christmas gift so they could save money on their cable bill. It is the same one we purchased for ourselves a year ago. Why pay a monthly rental fee to the cable company when you can own your modem? It pays for itself after just over a half year. My sister recently purchased one for their home as well.

Very simple set up and great ease of use. Pleasantly satisfied.

Way better than my TWC modem. Faster, and less expensive.

It just works. Theres no more to say other than it just works.

Runs well and easy to setup, a negative is that the light are very bright, try to find something to cover them.
