    ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - Silver is no longer compatible with Cox Internet middle speed connection. I had to buy a new modem/router with Netgear. I think Cox is interfering with internet connections, so they can offer to come to your home to help you for a fee. They either rent you a new modem or make you buy a new one. This ARRIS SURFboard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 high-speed cable modem delivers 8-channel downstream data speeds up to 343.1 Mbps for fast Internet connection. The internal filter helps minimize interference for enhanced performance. It's too bad Cox internet made it impossible to use this any longer. I bought this June 2013 and already October 2017, I was forced to get a new one. I HATE COX INTERNET!

    Comes with all items necessary to install and use. Quick setup with detailed instructions. Plenty of bandwidth for a family of any size. Great value, especially when you add up those monthly rental fees from the cable giants.

    I bought this because I didn't want to worry about coming up short . I am not disappointed. Running 4K tv, wifi computer , phones, games. No problems. Did not cost much more than a lords powerful unit

    It has been blazing fast with no troubles so far. Definitely great value compared to the price of other cable modems. I wish it came in black when I purchased it, but mine is not in visible sight anyway.

    bought this as a replacement for my cable rented modem. Spent 3 hours on the phone with the cable company trying to get the modem verified and activated but no luck. Exchanged it for another one and it worked fine. Sucked that I got a lemon on the first try. Other than that seems to work OK.
