Had to purchase this modem when a lightening bolt took out our older model. This one works good and does the job. Definitely handles higher internet speeds than the old model.

Works great with my Apple router and Mac desktop. Happy with this purchase.

This was actually an upgrade for me from their 4-channel model, as my new service was limited by the old modem. I now get twice the speed and have had no issues as of yet.

Does exactly what it says it does. Most of the time i'm getting faster speeds than what I'm supposed to. Works well with comcast. Easy Setup.

I love this modem. Decided to spend the extra 30-40 bucks from the cheaper modems and I do not regret it at all. The internet in my apartment is very quick. Amazon Prime HD movies on the TV stream fluidly and almost never pause mid-stream to catch up on loading (I've had the router for almost 3 months and I think that has happened once). If you are paying to rent a modem from your internet provider, this modem will pay for itself in a year or so. So

Very easy to hook up to incoming cable line and to program to our internet service and wifi router. Great speeds also. I did a download test today and it read 87 mps.

Old Motorola modem lasted for almost 10yrs before I wanted to replace it. It still worked fine but I was paying for internet speeds it could not process. This thing royally kicks butt.

I was told this was the only modem they carried that was compatible with my local cable company. It was not very expensive and didn't seem to have the bells and whistles of the higher price ones but so far it has been working great.

Just bought this recently, so far pretty good and yet to see its consistency.

Modem was easy to install. Had to call Comcast for activation. They recognized it with no problem. Download speed increased by 50% over the old modem. No longer renting Comcast modem.

This cable modem was just what I was looking for. It was working fine with my 50 mbps cable connection and so far no issues. It is very easy to setup. If there are other options to use other than cable connection, it would have been an excellent product.

If you're like me and kept paying Comcast for a leased router/modem, than stop paying them now. This was able to provide the max MBPS as advertised by Comcast, while their router combo could not. Its a bit expensive but what other options do you have? This will pay for itself in no time.

It was a little difficult to set up to start with. It seemed like everyone from best buy, manufacturer, to the winterless provider all wanted to help, only if I would give them some extra money. Finally was able to figure it out.

Good modem for me. I have never lost a connection since installed it. Like the design of the box but hate the bright blue lights that light up the room when the lights are turned off. Very easy setup.

I got this when upgrading from DSL to cable internet. The speeds are incredible. I never have a problem. When the cable guy came to do the installation, it was simple. Highly recommended!
