Works perfectly. We bought this last month and have had no problems since then. We have xfinity. It is simple to use.

Internet speed and compatibility with my cable service was much improved with this upgraded modem. Great price too!

Easy to use and setup. Had no troubles with it and the cable company installers were very impressed by the device.

Was told by Comcast that I needed to upgrade my modem from DOC 2.0 to 3.0. Purchased this modem in store on recommendation from BB adviser about two months ago. Called Comcast to give them required serial #, etc. Was up and running in a few minutes later. All my computers are wireless, and I could immediately tell my download speed was increased. Have had no problem with the modem. Have had no streaming problems to my computers, tv's, tablets, etc. I am very satisfied with my purchase of this modem.

Easy to setup with great speed! Use multiple devices connected wirelessly. My son is a gamer and requires speed.

Moved from a Time Warner area where I rented my modem to Comcast and decided to buy instead of renting a modem this time. It's the same brand as TW used and I had great reliability with that one. The only thing is when you buy a modem you need to call the cable co to register your modem. I did not know this and almost returned the modem because I couldn't get it to connect. Then i found out I have to call Comcast and register it. Now I'm truly happy with my purchase.

This product is hard to review, I've had no issues with connection to any of my phone's or tablets. Easy to link up with a short call to my cable provider.

I followed the recommendation of my cable tech on which modem to purchase. I did not want the monthly rental charge for a device from the cable company. Noting that in 6 months the rental would charges would pay for my own device. My only small complaint is the light are a little bright. Think a tone down switch would be nice. It is in my office ..so the lights do not bother me.

+ easy install + new technology and fatser + i liked it lights and it is starts very fasy - never have to restart - they should give $2 coaxial if i am buying $70 modem.

I've only had it for a few weeks, but it was definitely an improvement over Time Warner's lousy rental modem. This modem will pay for itself after a year of not having to pay $8 a month for TW's modem! Great!

Worked as promised. The set up was easy on my part So far so good, no regrets for not buying the next higher model.

Purchased to avoid rental fees in a new apartment, and this is about as compatible with the big brands as you can get. Very happy with the price (will pay for itself easily within a year) and it's been doing a great job so far. Installation was super easy and our internet is really quick, whether by cable or via WiFi. I use this modem in conjunction with an Airport Express and the internet works smoothly all the time, no matter how much is connected. Just as it should!

The modem was easy to install and worked great from the gitgo. It has never failed and when I do a speed test it is always fast.

It works as its intended to. It's not the fastest modem around but I'm limited to what I can use from my ISP. The sale price was barely in the realm of what I wanted to pay for this thing.

Replacement for modem fried in a storm - unplugged the old, plugged in this, called the company to give them the new MAC address, and we were good to go. 45 minutes including the commute to and from the store.

I decided to go back to TimeWarner's ISP offering and this modem is a great compromise between cost and extreme speed. It can easily handle any speed I will ever need. Payback is 6 months...a no-brainer.

I was upgrading my wireless network and thought I'd upgrade my modem from the 10 year old surfboard modem that still works fine. I thought maybe the updated technology in this unit would somehow improve the speed of my connection or give me some added feature. Based on speed tests, it doesn't. Sure it has newer features, but I think this may be one of those things where if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The LED lights on the front are bright enough to work as a night light too, which is kinda annoying. A dimming feature or something may be nice.

The reviews were right on modem is good no setup problems it's been a few weeks now and it's working great

Took it out of the box, plugged it in, and it works like a champ. My internet may even be a little faster tan it was before.

I have worst cable carrier Moonbeam...this modem supports cable/internet with exceptional performance & speed!
