Have been using Motorola Surfboard Modems since 2007. I love them. They don't drop connections very easily and with Comcast it means a lot. Easy to install and set up and with Comcast Tech supports help they are very fast to get on the internet with. Handles all speeds very well, IE Blast and Performance.

Bought the SURFBoard for use with WOW Internet + our own router (Pepwave Surf Soho). WOW is provisioned for 100 / 10, and the SURFBoard delivers all of that to the router, so no complaints there. (At best, router actually exceeds 100 / 10 across Wifi, using ac, and routinely runs 95+ down with > 10 up; slower on "n" devices of course.) Only "complaint" thus far is that the SURFBoard has VERY BRIGHT LEDs. This could be a problem in someone's bedroom (black tape...), but the unit makes for a Nice Nightlight in our family room....

The Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem is excellent! Its super-easy to set-up and is a rock-solid performer. I use this with my Comcast cable service and have had no problems. My Download/upload speeds are better than advertized. I have no complaints with this cable modem. It just works!

I needed a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem as my old model was out of date. I spent a lot of time researching the options available and what was best for my situation. I currently have COX as my Internet cable provider. Setup was nothing more than unplugging the old modem and replacing it with the new one. After calling COX to give them my modem's numbers, I was up and running. Haven't had any problems and it has been 2 months since I purchased it.

Had the modem about a month without any issues. Replaced an old Motorola modem that lasted about 10 years. No issues as of right now. Easy to set up and small where you can keep it out of the way. Lights on the front are bright enough to bring down a small plane, but if you hide it in a corner it is ok.

We've had this modem for a little over two months and no problems since installation. I did have a bit of a problem getting through to Comcast to register - not unexpected, but otherwise setup was no problem. Our old Motorola SURFboard modem was still working fine, but we were receiving notifications from Comcast that we needed to update. Since I wanted to change routers anyway, it seemed like a good time to do both. I'm happy with my choice.

We have suddenlink and since they upgraded their speeds we needed a faster modem. Instead of paying $15 a month every month we decided to but this modem. It is fairly inexpensive and works great. The speeds are just amazing. And in my household there are 10 or more devices that are connected to the network at any given time and the speeds remain fast!

At first, I was a little skeptical because of similar speed modems at a lesser price. The set up was super easy and I had this modem up and running in no time at all! So far, I haven't had any problems and the speeds are phenomenal. In excellent product at what I've come to find is a great price.

The Motorola Surfboard SB 6141 is a good cable modem for a great price. It works as advertised and connects to our Comcast Service with no problems. We use it more for our Ethernet system than for wireless. It is a reasonable device for the price and should work well for most home networks.

Works fine with WoW. Good speeds and quick connection to WoW. I use with Netgear Blackhawk router.

I needed an upright modem for Time Warner rental modem replacement at a moderate cost, easy install and this works great. Will pay for itself in no time.

I bought this based on the overwhelming amount of positive reviews I read from various sites. I have internet through time warner cable and this will pay for itself in less than a year. Very easy to set up, called time warner to get it activated on their system and had zero problems. Ive actually got a little boost in my downolad speed from this. I have it paired with netgear night hawk R7000 router and they both work great together.
