Works well easy to install and pleasant to see as well.

Finally no more annoying equipment rental fees from comcast. This thing is great and gives me the speeds I'm paying for and does well handling multiple devices (PS4, PS3, Wii U, iMac, iPads, and a 360) at the same time.

A device that you plug-in and forget because it works. The blue bights are BRIGHT - in the unit is hidden then no problem. In my case the unit in on an exposed shelf - blue light is everywhere & it is bright. I am going to crack open the case and cover the LEDs with "LightDims " since the light can be seen all around the modem not just the front.

This is "plug and play" and works just fine for my home internet needs. Great value buy

Have to stop paying comcast for a lease of modem so have to buy a replacement. Easy install and have not any problems yet. One thing I noticed the first time was the slowness but I guess that's comcast playing with me. After a week everything went back to normal.

I bought this product so I didn't have to pay my internet service provider a rental fee. If you got a modem from Comcast you are paying a rental fee. I was also able to get up and running on my internet the next day when I picked up my modem. I did an in store pick up order online. Just plugged it and ran the setup from Comcast. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I can get up 50mb download.

Great modem. It looks great. It's a pure white color and it looks great next to my black router. The lights shine bright and simple. It's about the size of your hand, maybe bigger. Highly recommended. Bought it because the one our service provider gave us sucked.

Replaced my Time Warner cable modem. I'm seeing higher speeds and better performance than with my old modem. It was very easy to install and set up. The customer service rep was very kind and had me up and running quickly.

I am on Comcast cable. I received a pop up on my computer that said I should upgrade to a DOCSIS 3 router. I was worried about how long it would take to configure, but through a web upgrade system, it worked perfectly! I'm getting even faster downloads than before.

My old router was zapped by lightening so I upgraded my system. This router is fantastic for high speed data and streaming. It is much faster then my receivers so I don't have much re-loading. I would recommend ASUS. This is my second ASUS - great products.

I bought this modem to use with the hookup of new comcast internet service. The modem was easy to set up and works well. I am receiving the expected data rate for the comcast burst service of approximately 100 mb/s

Have Comcast and had issues with modem falling offline. Got rid of the $7 fee and got this modem price matched from Amazon for $89.95 and easily set it up. Comcast didn't even have to be called, I set it up online. I just wish Comcast didn't cap the speeds. It doesn't get hot and surprisingly very small and outputs good speeds.

This is the first modem that I have bought since the days of 56k (I usually used the carrier provided ones). I must say that at this point I have no complaints, I am with Comcast and I am paying for 150Mb/s, but last night I was pulling 185Mb/s. This paired with a good Router, and it pays for itself in a very short time.

Comcast told me my old modem was the problem, but I think it is comcast. It works better speed wise due to it being the next model modem. But I still have some issues with timeouts and reboots. I believe it is Comcast not the modem. Have no problems with these modem, like I said have had this make before and would buy again.
