My internet hasn't been faster and it was compatible with my xfinity cable box. overall its operating properly

I had a motorola surf board modem prior and comcast said I had to get a new one to get my home internet to work. I bought this one and the speed on it is great and I have had no issues since purchase.

I went to purchase this modem due to the inexpensive price and the fact it suited my need perfectly. I got home and installed it, within a few minuets I had WiFi in my home and not a problem with it.

I like this modem. I was super fast to hook up and Easy to set up. Hardest part was waiting on hold for Comcast to connect it to my account. century link is the devil don't use them for anything! ever!

The price is right, speed is right and ease of use, installation and activation were excellent.

Bought this to replace the rental modem from Comcast. Actually get more Mbps than advertised from comcast itself.

No problems with it so far. Good value. Paired with Apple wifi system and works great. Leasing from Internet Service Provider is a waste of money. I don't know why we waited so long to by our own modem.

I bought this to replaced my D2 modem, comcast contact me every week because my D2 is not supporting the speed and the fee I paid for, so, I took my brother's suggestion, I also pair this modem with the Apple AirPort extreme wifi router, which make internet speed much faster.

We needed a new router and modem. This one was on the approved list from Time Warner cable. It helped increase our speed and improved connections.

Great modem and super easy to set up. Also I looks really nice with the blue lights at night

This was very easy to install, the only hitch we had was we didn't know we had to call our cable internet provided to have them register the new modem. They were fast to do it, and we were online in moments. Have not had any problems. The modem itself is much smaller than I envisioned. It does put out a lot of heat, so make sure it sits in an area where all sides are exposed to keep cool.

I run a Tivo DVR and 4 Tivo Minis on a MoCA network. I really need widespread, reliable wifi coverage. This along with the Netgear Nighthawk AC 1900 router mostly fulfills these requirements. On occasion one of the minis stutters the signal a little but mostly all run smoothly.

I was concerned that I would need to purchase extra items in order to connect to my wireless router but it was very simple and did not need anything else.

Needed to upgrade my Modem. Went to Best Buy, asked the sales associate which modem would work best for my needs...he showed me and I was out of the store in no time. Easy to connect. Works great

modem is a lot better than the rental junk you get from comcast. before i was only getting around 20mb for my 25mb service. after installing the new modem, i am getting around 29mb via speedtest.net.

my internet service was running slower than normal come to find out my old router was out of date. this definitely helped with the upgraded speeds.

If you're renting a modem from your TV/cable provider, don't do it anymore. It makes more sense to buy one. This Arris Surfboard was only around $45 and seems to work just fine.

Did some research, just about every site/review favored Arris. Simple to install, and was up and running in 5mins.., this plus a nighthawk FTW ! ( If you got the $$$ go x6 or x8 with the Arris)

I replaced this with an old surfboard modem. This worked very well right out of the box. Easy to set up also. My speeds are the same though I have found my connection to stay more consistent.

This modem works great, I ordered the modem that TWC recomended, Received it and found out it wasn't wi-fi capable, go figure...Anyway this modem was an ez setup & works great. Wi-fi is flawless.
