This is a good cable modem and it's supported and sold by most providers, so there's no reason you should run into problems. Pretty much plug and play - I'd definitely get it again.

With newer speeds coming out and modem lease prices rising I figured it was time to buy my own modem and this one does the job nicely!

This cable modem was very easy to install. It performs well and has a small footprint on the desktop.

When I purchased this modem, it was on sale for a limited time and I knew I had to have it based on my internet needs. I've seen great results with the improvement of my internet speed. Motorola makes a quality product, and I couldn't beat the price.

This modem works great. We were able to return the modem we had been renting from our internet company, and it only took a few minutes to get the new modem working correctly.

Great modem to use with Xfinity. Gives great speed,was easy to connect,and stays cool. My other modem would heat up and feel pretty hot sometimes especially in the hot summer days. I had no difficulty connecting this to my Netgear router was easily up and running as soon as i connected wires.

Being one of the less expensive ones on the market, I didn't expect much. I ended up getting faster speeds out of my internet than what what I'm paying for! Pleasant surprise.

I had just hooked up cable at a new residence and decided that I did not want to pay the $10.00 monthly fee to "Rent" equipment that was not even new in the first place. When the equipment is bad you have to wait several days for a repairman to come and fix it. With my own equipment it pays for itself within a year and it's free after that. Installation was a breeze and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

has been working well and consistently! upon purchase, be sure to remember to call your internet provider and give them the serial number so they know where to send the signal.

The modem works great. I've been using it for 5 weeks now and have had zero problems. It works every bit as good as the one I was leasing for $8/month from the cable company.

Works great, easy to install. Love the blue lights on the front of the unit, and the blue light shows through the grills on the top and left side. Very pleased with this purchase!

Bought this to replace my old Webstar. It was very easy to set up, I've had no connection drops so far ..(6 weeks) I got a 30 MBPS package through Comcast and once I ran a speed test it read at about 28.5 MBPS download speed, I'm happy with it so far.

Have used it for 1.5 months, delivers what it promises, fast speeds, easy setup, excellent performance.

So I got this on sale for a good price. Normally I would be renting the modem Comcast gave me bit with this I get faster speed and never have to pay a monthly charge ever again

Works very well and it basically pays for itself in the first year if you rented your modem through your cable provider. It was just under the amount I would've paid for a rental modem for a year. I've had it since May and I haven't had any issues.

I purchased this to support my high speed internet. This has been great in allowing streaming from multiple devices at once in conjunction with my 100mbps internet service.

Bought this as a device to save money for a client not to have to continue to rent their device per month from the cable company. Buying this will pay for itself within a few months. The more important thing is that this device works as good if not better than the cable company's device. So you eventually save money and this works just as good. The question is: Why rent from you know who?
