Just switched internet to cable and needed a new modem. This was recommended at Best Buy and has worked great. Hook-up was easy and worked well with my existing router.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to keep paying cable company monthly. Would have preferred the color black, but its okay. Works like its supposed to so far, thank God.

Modem works great, on comcast with 105mbps package and it is fast, fast, fast. Just make sure it gets provisioned correctly by your provider or you will not be able to take full advantage of the capabilities. I had to update my wifi router in order to use the full potential of my 105mbps package. I was impressed none the less.

I bought this modem to fix a problem, which I thought was the modem. It wasn't, it was the cable. But this modem is fantastic and gives very high speed performance.

This modem works great I've tried a couple others that were cheaper and had nothing but problems it may cost a little more but spend the money it is totally worth it

These 3.0 modems are required in order to get internet speeds faster than 15mbps. After you install if you still aren't getting those faster speeds you need to see if your computers wireless is 3.0 as well. If not time for an upgrade!

Using this at a vacation condo to avoid the monthly fee for leasing a modem from Cox Communications. I have a 100Mb cable internet connection and I'm also using a AC1000 Netgear router for Wi-Fi. It's been very reliable although Cox app always says service interruped. But if I call them they say it's connected and I've had no complaints from renters

This is one of the easiest electronic installations I have done. The salesperson helped me not overbuy what I needed, Spectrum/TWC network recognized it immediately, and it has run perfectly. Started saving rental fees immediately. We have an IP phone through the old modem and there have been no issues. I would recommend this for anyone with Spectrum/TWC and under 70mb speed.

I purchased this modem from a local Best Buy. I have Comcast TV/Internet combo and the Arris SB6141 was on their recommended list. It works without any issues.

I had to buy this modem so I could upgrade from the older Arris modem that I had from Comcast. So far so good. No problems, and the speed increased quite a bit.

I like this modem paired with the NETGEAR nighthawk. Both give me great speeds for a great price. I’m loving this combo. I use it with xfinity.

I upgraded from a Motorola SB6121 to this modem , and, my comcast speeds increased greatly. I was getting 15M download speeds, and, now, I get 90M download speeds.

This modem maximizes the speed your ISP allows and is easy to set up. My old modem provided by my ISP cost me $7.50/month and did allow me to reach my full speed. Once I installed the Surfboard and got it registered with my ISP, it was ready to go. I did a speed test and it was achieving speeds much better than the generic modem from my ISP. Very pleased with this solid purchase.

I have been using the router for a couple of months now and it works great once I got it in synch with my cable company

The SB6141 supports 8x4 channels; 8 downstream channels and 4 upstream channels. it should provide a max bandwidth of 304 Mbps down and 108 Mbps up. That’s a lot faster than most cable-Internet plans. It's not clear yet if this version will support the DOCSIS 3.1 release later this year but, again, existing configuration should be more than enough for most cable internet plans. Comcast was able to config and download their modem config quickly and easily without any technical fuss. (more than I can say for most of their own cable modems) Front panel indicator lights are a bit too bright for my tastes but I've not yet fussed with any of the configuration defaults to see if the brightness levels can be turned down. Overall a quick and easy replacement to provider rented gear.

This is by far one of the best moden I've purchase. I bought the warranty just because it's an electronic and you never know what might happen.

I was having issues with my old Motorola modem sb5100 that had intermittent issues replaced it with this and haven't had an issue yet getting blazing fast speeds.

I got this modem after my other one was going in and out. So far this modem is so much quicker then the previous modem. And I am extremely happy with our purchase.

The equipment prior to purchasing this modem was failing and had to reboot constantly. In the 90 plus days that I have this Motorola I have not had to reboot once.
