Easy to set up - just plug in outlet, cable and Ethernet and you're set. No problem setting up with Time Warner. Just needed to give MAC number and I was set.

It works fine and the price is reasonable. Of course, it can save monthly rental fee after 5-6 months. Therefore, 5 stars should be given.

It does an awesome job and is completely reliable. Performs great with xfinity. Also works fine with triple play even if it doesn't have the voice function.

I love it, it was very easy to hook up, just called my cable company and gave them the serial number and my Mac ID number and I was up in running in 10 minutes.

Easy to install with very fast connection speeds. The only bad thing I could say about it is the lights are very bright and needs to be toned down a bit.

I don't know why I waited so long to ditch my Comcast cable modem (that I have paid for at least 10x over) in favor of my own purchased modem. This Arris modem was very easy to set up and after a 10 minute call with Comcast it was up and running - and my downloads and streaming devices are working slightly better than before. I will pay for this within 5 months by switching.

Seems to be working fine. I purchased after my cable company told me I needed to upgrade my modem, and this was on the recommended list. I haven't noticed any changes though. Perhaps there's something internal that is better?

I have the modem for about 4 months and I have no complaints. I bought it to save money rather than pay Time Warner Cable a monthly fee to rent there modem.

good n did the job. it wasn't the cheapest one in the store but the review where good. i took a chance and it turned out ok. In fact turns out my old one had burned out wires and was bad overall so buying this was a great deal!

I bought this modem so i would not have to rent one from time warner. The modem handles high speed internet with ease and has never given me any problems.

This modem has all the speed you need, and is way better then anything that TWC gives you to use. Pair it with the Apple airport extreme and its a great match.

Modem was easy to install and set up. Increased speeds for computer. So far , no problems

So far, this modem has worked perfectly. I was glad to get rid of my rental unit from the cable company. This will save me a bunch of money in the long term.

Been messing around with the router/modem combos and have been dissatisfied greatly. Switch to a dedicated SURFboard Modem and I am flying on the internet!

I decided to buy my own modem since Time Warner charges modem rental fee. So far this modem has been working great. It should pay for itself in about a year.

I was tired of paying my cable company $10 per month to rent their modem so I decided to buy my own. So glad I did! This did just the trick and my internet is even faster and better. So happy I finally bought my own modem.

This modem works fine. Router is not included, I accidentally bought it assuming it is a combo. But I am satisfied and just fine having a separate router.

works great, affordable and easy to setup. status lights are nice and bright and it is a compact design. No setup problems and was up and running in minutes.

Got rid of cable company modem. On sale for $49, this will pay for itself in 6 months (after sales tax). Speed is excellent on Spectrum.
