The device came out of the box and installed within 15 minutes. I did have to call Comcast for them to reset so that it would talk both ways. My speed is great and it works wonders. People have complained about the bright blue lights....We just put translucent tape over them......

Decided to buy this modem instead of paying monthly fee to Comcast. It works great. Worth it in the long run if you stay with Comcast

It works and haven't had to reset it. Works as advertised. Blue lights flashes even when not really in use though. Not a big deal.

Don't pay a single cent on Modem Rental fees buy this and you should keep using it for years supports DOCSIS 3.0 which is latest.

I bought this modem for a house I lived at years ago and just recently bought it again for where I live now. All the speed I need.

Used this for Comcast/Xfinity Internet. Actually, bought three of these. All work great. No complaints. Using it for "25mb" internet.

Since I updated my modem with this product, I can finally watch YouTube videos in peace! I have also noticed my internet works a bit faster with this modem. The hookup was very easy and all I had to do was contact my internet provider and give them the code for the modem and it was working right away. Very pleased with this product.

My husband works from home and needs high quality internet. So far, he has not had any issues with internet speed or reliability.

It's easy to setup, calling the cable company to get it activated is the most difficult part.

This is an excellent modem. My cable company required a modem purchase for high speed modem and this one delivers great service.

Great modem for the price. I bought this to replace the standard Comcast router/modem as I already had my own wireless router. Setup only took a few minutes and speeds are equal to or better than what I saw with the Comcast modem. I love not having to pay rental fees each month for a modem. I had a Surfboard modem before and they last virtually forever.

Easy to install, just plug and play. Have been using this product with TWC connection for about 2 months, haven't had any issues.

Motorola has always made a great Modem. If you are looking to buy your own modem this is one to look at for sure. Depending on your provider and package you have you will be able to get great speed out of the modem. in 2 different locations I have seen speeds of 140 Down and 25-30 Up and 60 Down and 12 -15 Up. Downloading large files is fast and easy

Purchased this modem to run high speed internet and be compatible with my cable providers speed. Modem is working great at this time

I purchased this cable modem for one reason - to avoid paying Time Warner $8 a month for a leased modem. This device was on the approved list for compatibility with the Time Warner system. Installation was simple and after about 5 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep to activate the modem it was up and running. I would definitely recommend this modem and in less than a year it will have paid for itself.

Great cable modem, very user friendly. This model is rock solid as I had not yet need to reboot/reset unlike the time warner model.
