Works great. Had the modem rented from my cable provider and could tell a huge difference in speeds.

Modem is as advertised! Setup was simple after contacting the cable provider for activation it was online in a flash.

Great for a cable modem up to 300 Mbps. (Most cable). If you need more speed and can pay for it use the next model up. This one is great, and installed easy. Cable company has you read a few numbers off the label, and you are up and going.

We had an Internet outage and after a lengthy troubleshooting session, our provider indicated that our existing cable modems were no longer supported by the manufacturer and recommended we rent from them. We went to Best Buy and purchased a Motorola SURFboard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 high-speed cable modem that meets the most current standards and is far better financial solution than renting equipment from the Internet provider. The modem was quick and easy to install and register.

Bought it, hooked it up, connected to the internet... works fine. Simple and easy. Sure beats renting a modem from the cable company. Will pay for itself in less than a year.

Great purchase, fast speeds, and reliable! The blue lights on the modem make a good night light in the office too!

It seems to be a good device. It works as expected, but I wished I got a black one. The lights are waaaay too bright and, with white case, you can use it as a desk lamp.

The cable guy came, hooked it up, and it works. Of course, Best Buy tried to talk me into a more expensive box, but... why? It's just one of those necessary evils in our modern lives, complete with the sort of baggage associated with modern lives. The blue indicator light ruins the ambiance of intimate candle light activities. If I'd thought ahead of time, I'd have had the cable guy put it in the closet, the basement, the attic, anywhere unseen. I really can't stand the thing, but... hey... it works.

This Motorola surfboard modem was in the mid price point and has the speed we need to use all our Apple products.

This modem works without any glitches. It does exactly as it supposed to do and is on Time Warner's approved list.

Bought modem because cable company requirement to go to DOCSIS 3.0. Modem was easy to set up and have had no issues.

Save money on TWC bill each month. Pays for itself in time. Works great.
