    Great router. Had no problems hooking up. Have my own Wi-Fi network going. Have 2 PC's, a TV and 2 smart phones connected with no problems what so ever.

    I have had this for over a year and have had no issues. I have had to reset it twice but that is not unusual for a router.

    We do a lot of streaming, and were hoping this router/modem combo would improve our speeds, especially when multiple devices were accessing the internet. We see almost no difference between this product and the 7 year old product we were previously using.

    I havd a very specific use case for network hardware and this doesn't meet it. I'm sure it's great for general users but for a semi-power user it's not for me.

    so i bought this modem/router to replace my arris sbg6580 that is no longer fully supported by comcast and it kept dropping wifi. This router increased my download speed from about 170 to 230 which exceeded my plans max speed. I since upgraded to the 400 mbps plan and i am getting anywhere from 350-500+mbps which is amazing i am absolutely amazed by this product!

    Arris does not stand behind its product. Agrees the product is defective and will give me a new one, but makes me spend my own cash to send the old one back and then pay shipping to get a replacement. Walk, Run from Arris.
