Works great with comcast service as i didnt want to rent one from them.

I use Spectrum for my internet and had an arris modem and a linksys router. This modem was not on the approved list on the Spectrum website but I called and it was fine. I have 200 Mbps down and generally got about that speed. So I was wanting this to combine the modem and the WiFi all into one, make sure you contact your provider prior to setup and provide them the MAC address to get online. This took me less than 10 minutes. always change the default login and password. Pro: all in one is great! Finally get rid of one piece of equipment setup was pretty fast you can control guest access so they are sand boxed from the main network. built in speed upgrades to 1Gbps built in can stream 4k video on my network and wont bog down the network McAfee built in you can change the SSID broadcast to another name and make more complex passwords. in the app, you can list devices so you can see whats on. Cons: guest network is turned off by default, you have to activate it, broadcast the SSID and also enable guest access b/g still are still on modems? McAfee is built in and turned on by default. I still can't get the app to work so not sure what all I can control. Also, not in the documentation how long the service is on at no additional charge. The parental controls are only available thru the McAfee app, which I cant login to. Updates to the modem are pushed by your ISP, and I cant see how McAfee updates are made available. The signal strength is slightly lower than my Linksys router at the far end of the house (but I now have an extra Linksys WiFi router to extend my network) All in all, this is a step up from my previous Arris modem and WiFi router. I do not have children so the lack of parental controls is not an issue. some of the security features I think are more of an issue. For me it works very similar to what I had before and it does work well.

Bought this to work with my Cox cable internet and it provides pretty good coverage to my 2100 sq foot house.

Works awesome and my wifi is so much better then it was before, by far. Worth the extra money to but my own.

Works really good with wave broadband that I have in my area no lag and getting the most out of my internet

I am using it for more than a year now. few months back it was restarting everyday by itself. The problem fixed by itself after few days.

I have found this router to be reliable and have owned it for some time now. I tried one model below this one and it was too slow. I would recommend this model or better.
