Ordered this for my apartment specifically for gaming. Have 2 systems going on for gaming and works perfect with 1G speed. Would definitely purchase again if I needed another modem

THIS router/modem KICKS THE CABLE COMPANIES OVER PRICED JUNKS, BUT!!! (the website wouldn't let me tell you what it REALLY kicks) Get the geek squad guarantee, and you're STILL $$$$$$$$$ ahead! You can STILL refresh your connection via the cable companies website. Just don't start getting fancy with it (changing passwords/assigning a new name/ limits etc) before you get it 'registered' with your company FIRST! THEN make your modifications once it's up and running. The info you need to give the provider is printed on the label on the box...it's larger font... THAT way, you don't have to get a magnifying glass out to read it off of the actual modem...

I was having so many issues with the modem that cox cable gave me so I ended up buying this modem and everything connects perfectly and its easy to use. I am very happy!

this catches signal thru my entire house I haven’t had any problem with the signal at all I have three fire sticks connected for streaming. three phones, and two computers

Seems to work good for us. It does come unplugged pretty easily so that's annoying but we are trying to figure that out. Internet is fast and doesn't lag. Great box

I purchased this combo so I wouldn't have to have two pieces of equipment. It was easy to install. I have had it about a month and no problems at all. Glad they recommended it.

This router/modem was a breeze to set up. Instructions were straight forward and the app walked me through the whole process. It has worked flawlessly since purchase.

Still using this ARRIS Router and it is still working properly. It took a while to set this one up but once it was it's been a good one.

Good Project, good range. Installation was not difficult, but required Xfinity assistance by phone, modem was not recognized automatically. After installing the McAfee it messed with some equipment setup and I had to setup wi-fi again.

Easy to setup basically plug and play. Super friendly interface and the quick setup instructions are clear and take into account DSL and Cable providers. No QoS settings that I could find so that would be the only draw back for this modem.

This was a very simple and easy installation from start to finish - has preformed as explained and made everything come together for my sister's home use.

Needed a modem/router for new cable internet. Didn't want to pay $10 per month to rent one. I did great by having the modem on sale and top of the line product.

This works extremely well. No complaints. We have Xfinity and this is way better than renting their equipment.

The only reason I didn't put it at 5 stars is because the range could be better. It's not horrible and you will do fine but the 5G especially is just not so great. I live in a fairly spacious house and it does fine but if you're looking for range & always having a strong signla I'd either get an extender or a second router. I currently have my 2nd router hooked up in the basement just so I have 2 different access points in the house for when we have a ton of guests over. The 8 channel upload is the main reason I got it. I can't speak for it yet. I have to wait until another major holiday to roll around for me to see how well this performs when there are a ton of people at home using the internet in my area. So far so good though. I've only had it for a few weeks.

The wife recommended we get this as opposed to renting the router through optimum at a monthly cost. Pretty good, no issues.

I have wow and I bought it so my electronics would stop buffering and it don't buffer as much so I can its working and it may be WOW not holding up to their end of the bargain, Other than that everything is working properly

I was getting frustrated with the previous modem and was advised by assosciate to get one with a 5G capability. I got it and found that I could reach up to the download speeds I pay for to my internet service finally!

Bought this and returned and returned the other router I had purchased. This one was faster and for a good price point.

Replaced my old Router /Modem with this and it works very well. Very good coverage through the house and the wireless has great speed.
