I have test the product and I am very happy with it, is fast and reliable.

I moved into my new house and purchased this on the recommended internet provider list. I have the same speed at work and my house is MUCH faster with this modem. Trying to talk my work into purchasing as well for the ability to handle the internet speed, i don't think our modem at work can handle the speeds we are getting.

Taking a star off for ARRIS's technical support being less than accommodating. After three works of working well, Ethernet port #4 failed for no apparent reason. Okay, stuff happens with technology. After I figured out the issue on my end, I called ARRIS technical support for a replacement and shipping label to return the defective unit. I was able to use the modem with the other three Ethernet ports working so, not a problem. Except, after going through all the steps with ARRIS technical support to verify the problem was exactly what I said it was, (I get tech support has to do that), I was told ARRIS could facilitate the return/replace, as long as I pay for shipping. What? Then ARRIS suggested I facilitate the return/replace with BestBuy...I hope the BestBuy category merchant is reading this. Anyway, I initiated a Chat with BestBuy and, as always, BestBuy provided me with great customer service. And the new modem is working great...so far.

Suddenlink modem stopped working. Went to Best Buy and at their recommendation I purchased the ARRIS modem. Great unit, setup was easy. Was up and running in no time. Signal is strong. There is no buffering of signal. Now that I own a modem, I do not have a pay the $10 monthly fee with Suddenlink. I would definitely recommend the purchase of the modem.

I was tired of getting the cheaper Arris so I broke down and purchased the higher priced one. I’m so glad that I did once it was connected I noticed how fast the upload and download speed’s were. I am so glad that I purchased the Arris modem. I highly recommend anyone that wants a faster speed that is a modem and a router all in one to purchase this Arris is modem

Set up was very simple and it has been working great.

I had quite a bit of trouble getting wifi working but that was all on Spectrum's part not this product. but after i had some technicians come in and help get it setup its been great ever since! Definitely like having the modem and router all in 1 rather than having 2 different devices. It saves some space. Fast speeds and reliable connections and also no more rental fees!

This is a great modem, unfortunately it could not handle the speed I upgraded too (1 gb/second) so I had to upgrade. Other than that, it's good for 600 mbps without any issues and easy to set up. Will recommend to anyone that has less than 1 gb/second internet speed.

First time with internet so it is working fine. Lots of movies to chose from.

I didn’t want to have to pay rental fees for a router for my internet service. I was informed by a BB employee that this router would work with my service provider. It was quick and easy to setup and has saved me lots of money. Appreciate the great customer service and the great product!
